I must've had close to 20 emails back and forth in the thread with an "Eddie" in "support" who was not at all supportive. They could not find my account and, therefore wasted a collosol amount of time describing why they couldn't tell me a simple answer to a simple question about the theme I purchased off Envato. The nerve of disrespecting customers and being condescending is unreal and next level. When a customer comes asking how to simply switch themes within the already existing parent theme since the required one wasn't returning any hits, and said customer provided all information except the original credit card number, a good company would go above and beyond to get to the bottom of the account issue, not to mention to provide a solution simply.I've searched everywhere online and can't figure this out, infuriating.

We are using Zoom Voip System.I requested that one phone number be added.That was 7 weeks ago.. There call center is awful the people they have taking calls are not properly trained you can tell by the phone calls when you call and that's sad and you have management not teaching them anything and have nasty attitudes with the employees which is unsatisfactory and they have a high turnover rate cause it seems like they hire these people in and set them up for failure and they are arrogant with the people trying to be there someone from Corporate needs to go in and investigate the managers they have there cause it's sad you have to bring on 50 to 60 people at a time and only 2% of them still have a job that's poor management and seems to me they the one's need to be fired instead of the people interested in having the job and not getting the proper training but gets nasty attitudes from the people you so call work with and then you gotta take crap from the customers that call in as well you got too many chiefs and not enough Indians working in you'lls establishment get a grip on your people or you'll will continue to keep hiring large sums of people cause the majority of them want last there smh

Awful company. DON'T BUY. AWFUL customer service. I like their products but It is not worth it to buy from them because if you have a problem or if you want to RETURN a product IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. The return website is not working and then never replied when you contact the support team. They also just have a European phone number. I cannot believe a big company as Logitech cannot afford to have a good customer service

False Advertisers! - Exact Verbiage:"You’re invited to apply for the Quicksilver card.If approved, you’ll enjoy0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers until April 2025, with a 19.99%-29.99% variable APR after that. Balance transfer fee applies. Offer expires February 10, 2024" I applied SOLELY for balance transfer, but as soon as I received the card and tried, Superivisors said they the offer isn't available, but I can call back in the future to see if there is an offer then. How can these companies get away with such blatant false advertising. They are pulling credit under false pretenses. There should be consequences for these companies.

I was in Palm Springs at a second home for a couple months and ordered 3 books to be sent to me there. I am SURE that I put the right shipping address and billing address but they still told the bookstores to send the books to the wrong billing address at my home in Texas. I was able to cancel one of the books when I read the email they sent that had the wrong address, and wasn't charged for it. The other 2 books I tried to cancel at the same time before they went to the wrong address said it was too late. So I get back to Texas at the end of two months being gone and there are no books to be found. However there is a charge for them on my Mastercard. When I contacted them they wrote back and basically said there was nothing they could do about it. Abe books was the one who sent the companies the wrong address and they are the ones who should refund my credit card. If they correct this problem I'll come back edit this review.UPDATE: Abe books did finally credit my account for the full amount of the books I never received. It took several emails and a couple months of hassling with it for it to happen though.

I know companies purposefully make canceling subscriptions difficult, but this is the first one where I've managed to find it and it still charged me. They claimed it could not be canceled via phone which I'm calling BS. They did that on purpose to make things hell for anyone who has limited access to a desktop. Not only that but once I DID have it cancelled it later told me that I was good to go and everything was cancelled and THEN CHARGED ME FOR NEXT MONTH. When I went in to double check it said 'You can't cancel at this time because you subscription has already been cancelled, you will have access until 8/04/2024.' Which is what it said about JULY! That I would have access until 7/04/2024.There's no customer service available. The extremely expensive subscription turned out to be not be nearly as helpful as I was hoping. The classes lacked engagement and was so dry I might as well have been reading a textbook on the matter. I will NEVER recommend linkedin premium to anyone and will be doing everything in my power to ward others off of using the platform. At every turn this platform has been disappointing at best and frustrating and anger inducing at worst. Its practices are disgusting and its benefits are minimum. Definitely not worth the money they charge that is for damn sure. The fact that they want you to believe that you can take a class from your phone but can't cancel a subscription? That kind of BS they are pedaling could only be believed by an idiot. I would give negative reviews if I could.
