There call center is awful the people they have taking calls are not properly trained you can tell by the phone calls when you call and that's sad and you have management not teaching them anything and have nasty attitudes with the employees which is unsatisfactory and they have a high turnover rate cause it seems like they hire these people in and set them up for failure and they are arrogant with the people trying to be there someone from Corporate needs to go in and investigate the managers they have there cause it's sad you have to bring on 50 to 60 people at a time and only 2% of them still have a job that's poor management and seems to me they the one's need to be fired instead of the people interested in having the job and not getting the proper training but gets nasty attitudes from the people you so call work with and then you gotta take crap from the customers that call in as well you got too many chiefs and not enough Indians working in you'lls establishment get a grip on your people or you'll will continue to keep hiring large sums of people cause the majority of them want last there smh
