I know companies purposefully make canceling subscriptions difficult, but this is the first one where I've managed to find it and it still charged me. They claimed it could not be canceled via phone which I'm calling BS. They did that on purpose to make things hell for anyone who has limited access to a desktop. Not only that but once I DID have it cancelled it later told me that I was good to go and everything was cancelled and THEN CHARGED ME FOR NEXT MONTH. When I went in to double check it said 'You can't cancel at this time because you subscription has already been cancelled, you will have access until 8/04/2024.' Which is what it said about JULY! That I would have access until 7/04/2024.There's no customer service available. The extremely expensive subscription turned out to be not be nearly as helpful as I was hoping. The classes lacked engagement and was so dry I might as well have been reading a textbook on the matter. I will NEVER recommend linkedin premium to anyone and will be doing everything in my power to ward others off of using the platform. At every turn this platform has been disappointing at best and frustrating and anger inducing at worst. Its practices are disgusting and its benefits are minimum. Definitely not worth the money they charge that is for damn sure. The fact that they want you to believe that you can take a class from your phone but can't cancel a subscription? That kind of BS they are pedaling could only be believed by an idiot. I would give negative reviews if I could.
