This is the worst retailer ever…

This is the worst service I have ever received for a retailer!! I received two items which I want to return every day I have been spending 30 mins on chats which I'm promised they will email me a return label from ASOS partner but never get the email I have request this 4 times now and still nothing! 2 hrs spent in chat for f all, useless and managers are not helpful either!! Please a avoid buying from them!
