REPLY TO 99 DESIGNS:I did write to support while having these trouble and got one terrible response. Trust me I tried and I have the email to prove it!Junk initial offers that came in last minute. 2 decent designers in the whole bunch. Communication by designer was HORRID! 20 versions to get to what I wanted (which wasn't difficult nor complex) and then the designer was rude to me during communication. Terrible experience overall and I still had to pay.

I have made this transaction many times and have had really good service. Unfortunately, this time I had to abort the attempt. My bank did their part and the sum of money sent by wire was somehow 'lost' in the process. I went back to my bank and they said that it had been sent and had proof of that. A public holiday and a weekend meant that the money may have been held up, so I was patient and kept in touch with Xe, and my bank, then a few days later the wire arrived back in my bank account at source with a message that your bank wouldn't receive it. I didn't understand what that meant and have not received an explanation. At least the money wasn't lost in oblivion. It was a rather stressful time not knowing where the money was.

Superb customer service…with so many automated systems it's rare today to experience outstanding service. These guys rock. The app is exceptionally good but it unfortunately it didn't resolve my problem, I emphasise it was nothing to do with their product. I forgot to cancel and they charged my card after the trial. When I emailed them they responded in seconds and immediately put things right. You can't ask for more than that.

I ordered a couple of items from the Marmekko 2020 collection. After washing one of the t-shirts, black color discolored the white bits. The customer services responded to me with once a week frequency, demanding peculiar proofs- photos of my laundry detergents and their labels, then photos of internal labels of the t-shirts. I provided all, and have not heard from them since two weeks. Very disappointing and I won't be buying anything from them again. I also did not get refunds for my returns, still awaiting actions from them-it's already over a month.

I had a desktop windows issue and transferred all the data to a One Touch that held years of Doc, pic,s music.The unit was two =months past warrant for free disk rescue, the company honored the recovery and after a few attempts to recover the data was about 80% recovered. The customer service was excellent, timely and informative. Great job customer service, the lab did a great job as well
