Impossible to contact a human at FB

Facebook decided to suspend both my mothers Facebook and Instagram accounts for no reason whatsoever. We tried appealing and it said there would be a decision made within 48 hours. 5+ days have past and there's been no review. My mother has lost 16 years worth of memories... She'll never be able to get them back. Facebook never gave a reason to why they suspended both accounts. The EU and Goverments need to hold Meta accountable. They are erasing people's years of memories for no apparent reason, and when you want to resolve the issue, there's zero ways to contact Facebook/Meta directly. As there's no contact number or email to reach a Facebook/Meta representative, we will be considering our next options with a lawyer to take things further legally. We will also be filing a complaint with the European Ombudsman.

Dodgy - event organisers please please stop using them

They have no respect for holding data, open accounts without permission or passwords. They set up a bunch of email subscriptions without permission to spam you and all because you bought a one off ticket. Event organisers - stop using these dodgy people!

This company needs to go out of business. The WORST customer service. I ordered a pair of dress loafers and paid $19 in shipping to be delivered the 2nd business day. They arrived three days after they were ordered and the packaging was damaged, no packing slip, and there was one Nike athletic shoe inside of a Nike box. I took it back to the store and showed the manager and he gave me a sob story about how he was going to be “hit” for this. DO NOT buy anything from them either in store or online. It is the worst store in every way possible.

I thought BBC is neutral but seeing how they're joining the cancel culture, especially with the whole Russel Brand situation, is terrible. Not only are they making accusations without anything to support this or anyone actually making police complaint against him, they join this "fight" against someone that is innocent until proven guilty like a lot of other mainstream media channel to defame him and drag his name through mud. This my friends is a coordinated media atack against an innocent person, because someone is controlling them and they do as they are told. Shame on all of you. Seek the real truth my friends, and don't just swallow what the media feeds you. Bbc has turned to rubbish. And that's only one issue, I could keep going on and on

AT&T poor customer service

AT&T appears too big, unwieldy and service has much to be desired. I requested new internet service at my location. Salesperson responded quickly and set-up install. Installation was scheduled and installer arrived, but was not able to complete work. Technician stated another service call would be required. A week later I received a cancel appointment message. After talking with 5 different AT&T customer service persons trying to go thru their phone system of press 1 and 2, verifying my info multiple times, transferring me from one department to another for 40 minutes I found out that they could not service my location. No call or explanation- I had to waste my time trying to figure out why they are not completing install. So could not provide promised service, communication system to reach the correct person in their organization is flawed and poor customer service.

Changing browser issues.

I recently changed to a different browser. I don't use the APP. Thus it wanted a code to be sent to my previous mobile and this is when the issues started. Firstly getting hold of a customer service number can only be gleamed from a third party website. When I phoned, I went through various complicated automated recorded messages. Eventually I did get through, but was given the wrong number to phone. It just felt like being fobbed off. I had to phone 4 times until I spoke to someone who took my enquiry seriously and eventually put me through to someone who was able to update my telephone number. I've now cancelled my Amazon credit card and will only use them until my gift card balance has returned to zero. Too much hassle coupled with a £35 delivery threshold has now put me off all together.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered an item in the correct size they sent the wrong size, not prepared to send correct size until I had returned the other. I said no as it’s your error you sort it. I made a complaint 10 days ago asking for a manager call I am still waiting. I got sent an email with a code to return the item went to the parcel shop scanned it says invalid contact your retailer. Tried again tonight and automated response your complaint has been escalated and will be dealt with. I tried calling a number for customer services that I had on an email yes you’ve guessed it doesn’t work. Avoid at all costs they do not care even tho we as customers are ultimately paying their wages

Horrible web site. Misleads customers

Items showing on a list but then unavailable when you click on it. Items ordered but then cancelled two weeks later. They send a $10 promo code that they said could be used on any order but could only be used on full-priced items (not on any sale items). Online customer support works poorly...had to retry three times.

Poor service

Poor service. The delivery agents from flipkart are very unprofessional. The customer service is totally helpless and drag the issue until you are fed up following up.Recently purchased Samsung TV from flipkart, the wishmaster from flipkart was in total hurry and picked the tv mount attached and also instead of TV remote he took the DTH remote. Literally no proper follow up from Flipkart Team. I had to incur a loss of around 1800.

Money-making finesI wish I had sufficient space to tell everyone about the unjust fines applied to motorists under the pretext of ULEZ.The whole country has not been informed about the London zone increases, but TFL consider it a practical suggestion that before making a journey away from your home YOU must read your Highway Code to familiarise yourself with the new regulations. Even though they have not been publicised in your area at all. And then if make the mistake of unwittingly breaching the regulations on more than one occasion they will treat every occasion as an opportunity to repeat the fine. And then if you are away from home for 4 weeks and unaware of the offence they will treble the four fines if you are not there to answer for your error in the first 14 days.Sadly TfL is this government’s body and as such has similar disregard as the government for the North of England. Amazingly they are punishing us for owning a car that was billed as eco friendly when we bought it !

Dogshit platform with predatory behaviours.They can block your account for any reason for unlimited time then good luck removing that block and being stuck with useless support.Took me 8 month to transfer what I had to different platform

Different "Access ends" Dates

Most of the platform deserves no complaints. However, something I want to point out is the "Access ends" dates. I purchased a 4-month subscription, so I'm confused why the "Access ends" dates are so different for the different textbooks. Some end earlier than 4 months. If an explanation could be linked that explains why I don't have access to textbooks the way I thought my purchase would let me (for example, implementing an "i" information icon where if I hover over it, it offers a brief explanation), then that would be great.
