We encountered a series of confrontational security guards, both on entering and leaving Disney Springs. The signage was unclear and instead of trying to help us leave and enter the park correctly, both security guards acted as if we were hostile. It was an unpleasant experience. I would not visit again.

Piece of crap. Bought a $2000 laptop from them. Straight out of the box it felt flimsy and cheap. I bought it because of the touchscreen features but the touchscreen broke after a month. Fortunately the people there helped me fix it( software issue) but i had the same issue happen again shortly after. At the same time the touchpad broke so I also had to only use the laptop with a mouse. Now the $200 warranty I bought isn’t covering those issues so I have to pay for it. This isn’t even mentioning the other issues with the laptop like battery life 30% of what was promised and how slow it is compared to a Mac or dell. Never buying from these guys again. Worst $2000 I have ever spent.

I have been trying to delete my account for 3 days now. Customer support is the worst I have ever seen. There is no "close my account" feature in your account, so you have to contact support.First, you have to click through an endless loop of questions from a very poor chatbot. "Close/Delete account" is not available in that bot. So I had to find a section where you can finally contact a real person. Then you have to wait for an answer. I had to wait for one day (not during weekend) and then I had to AUTHHENTICATE myself. I wrote that message to the support from within my account where I was already authenticated and could transfer money etc....? Then they asked for the last 4 digits of the documents I used during signup. I don't know which document I used. Was it the passport? The driving license? No comment. My question was ignored and they repeated "please provide the last 4 digits of the document used...". Terrible. And after each message you have to wait for hours or days for a response.
