AT&T used to be a good, sound company. Now its such a money grab. They have the market cornered, so you have to pretty much go thru them. Its absurd lately with the fees. $35 activation fee on ANY new device you get with them. That's free money to them. Then, they don't process your trade-in for (1 to 3 billing cycles) which means your paying full price installments on your new device for 1 to 3 billing cycles. THEN, they don't give you the money back, you get a credit on your account. What if you can't afford to pay the activation fee, the new device full price? Customer service is garbage too (talking to you Todd from kentucky). He looked at my bill and regirgutated what I already saw on the bill. No help, no reasoning, no understanding. Very fustrating. Oh and that little outage AT&T had last week (Feb 2024) lasted more than 10 hrs, $5 credit on a future bill. Absurd. Considering going to one of the lower carriers. Would not recommend AT&T for service. Save your money if you can.

Shocking! Requested to turn off the auto billing renewal 2 months prior to the end of my 12 month subscription direct debit. I was told this isn't an option, and I will receive an email from them 1 month before the end of the contract and I have to contact them again then to cancel! So even though I've notified them in writing prior to the end of the contract that I don't want to renew. They won't do it!! I'd never subscribe to any of their services again!

I paid for one month, thank goodness I didn't try to save a few bucks and pay for the year, to find out ESPN plus does not include any decent content. You need Hulu plus or YouTube live or something with real content and much more pricey. Too bad, ESPN has really gone down hill and just about making a quick buck, not looking for loyal fans. They also dropped from Dish Network, oh well.

Both Chuong and Annie are efficient and so personable. Jotform is fairly user friendly with a lot of template to get started to meet several different needs. The support forum is great to ask questions and there are a lot of videos on how to do certain tasks. The only issue we had was that we needed total number of products ordered so we could apply a discount after the minimum number of products was ordered.

I run a company which does video games, video editing and graphics design. We have a few people working from home. This means we find ourselves sending and receiving large files and collaborating a lot. We had a good few TB of data with Dropbox. We had asked for an increase in storage quite regularly, which was given in a very simple, easy message to support.All that changed when Dropbox decided they needed more money. They switched to some new way of charging people or something like that. We found that support refused to give us more storage. Simply saying they can't do anything. Excuse me? Can't do anything? You've been doing this for me for almost a full year? I paid for a business account to be told you can't do anything? After a week or so I message again - we're running out of space, we need an increase. Again, they can't do anything. We can no longer upload files to the service. We're losing money. A week later, I ask again - I get told no. I say, can I pay for more storage? They once again refuse. What am I meant to do? I can't do anything with this storage, we're losing money, and we're still paying Dropbox for just holding our files! Simple - we go elsewhere. It took us about a month to move our stuff away but thank God I did.

We have used Vrbo in the past which was great when the property was ok. This year the property in France was not as advertised. We had booked 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms because sometimes I go to another room if my husband is snoring. Also one of the bathrooms had a bath. Upon arrival the owners had chained and padlocked the bedroom that had the en-suite with the bath. We asked them to unlock this but they ignored our messages. We contacted Vrbo who said they would help when we got home. After returning home they said they should have rang them while we were away. Explained I had but they said they had no record of this. I looked on my call log on my phone and gave them an exact date and time, but they then said it was only the owner who can provide a refund. They raised a complaint and I sent photos of the chain on the door, but they still say the owner needs to do the refund. The owner has messaged us to say she’s upset and wasn’t aware of the sleeping arrangements between my husband and myself !!!!!! As if that’s anyone’s business !!! When you book any kind of holiday do you get asked this ?? All they knew was that there were two guests. What if he had been my brother ? Vrbo just keep repeating the same old guff about them not being able to do the refund, so now I’ve instructed my credit card to charge back the full amount. Useless company. Vrbo lead you to believe they’ll protect your money but if you have an issue of any kind they don’t want to know.
