my domain name ran out with another company. I had an automatic renew which they had used before but made changes to their system and that failed to work......they didn't tell me !Used Go Daddy before so went there to secure same domain name. This they did but initially told me this was difficult, might not be able to get it etc etcFelt somewhat disappointed but anyway we did get the same domain name.I needed to set this up for me business in Microsoft Outlook. "Yes we can do this for you but we will need to call you back in a day" of corse no one rings you and so after 5 days I rang them, today.Spoke to a guy who clearly didn't knw what I was talking about. He aid we emailed you on the 24th with a form to fill out. On laptop whilst speaking to him, no email 24th neither in spam. He told me you have to ring the people who deal with this, they are in Canada which is he worst country to speak to from Australia as they are awake only when we are asleep. The guy I'm talking to is in Peru !!!Yes no one else in the world can help me apart from some Canadians. So much for customer support.Too big, not interested, ridiculous customer support.....go elsewhere folks. They had no idea who I was, where I was, what I was seeking help with. They DON't call back.
