Awful, frustrating return ‘service’

Attempting to return a sweater with a fault in the fabric. Received it a day ago. Have been asked to email 7 photos including of the care instructions. Sending them has jammed my outbox and email. Returning goods should be straightforward. Wish I’d looked at TP before ordering. Very frustrating online return process.

Review of freshdesk

Talk about taking one of the best business decisions I have ever made

We come from a Zendesk background which was not the greatest when it comes to support. We made the switch to Freshworks right around Aug 2020 right in the middle of the Covid19 Pandemic which was a tough uncertain stage to make these type of decision. After two and a half long years I can honestly say that FreshWorks is probably the best CX Software that I have worked with. We are handling thousands of customers every day through the Omnichannel platform and have never been in a better spot! We are absolutely loving FreshDesk and are planning to continue working with this amazing tool for years to come.

Review of calendly

I received a notice to the wrong email…

I received a notice to the wrong email that I would be billed for my annual fee. Keep in mind I had changed my Calendly email in Calendly to a different email. I am in the process of setting up Highlevel and their calendar services. I don't need Calendly. Had the email been sent to my email on file, I would have caught this. But...it wasn't. They have no number to call that I can find. Their chat bot is ai, can't get a real person and I am afraid they have lost me for good. I have used them for years, bought a CRM that has a calendar system, however with this practice of being charged and no refund, you have lost a future customer. Too bad. Send me the notice email to the actual email that I have changed to in my account. Your mistake Grammarly. Charged this morning, out $144 with no other options. Bad customer policy.

Yes sadly I had the same problem as most of you. Everyone with being up charges and then charged 3x the agree rate. My bill want from about $40 and month to over $900. There was some kind of mistake that I tried to clear up but they wouldn't work with me and they hijacked my files. Unless I payed them. It's extortion. The sad thing is I have been a customer for about 15 just to get screwed by them. So sad and disappointed with there service.

I totally agree with all of you. Even being a prime member, no concern. Wrong item sent and no one is coming to pick up. No one cares….From past 3months no phone calls are getting connected. Where you can explain you concern. I’m stop buying stuff from AMAZON

Did not honour their sale price…

Did not honour their sale price untrustworthy. Purchased two items in the sale over christmas. Money was taken and then refunded as they decided that the sale price was set too low and therefore cancelled the order. This will be the last time i buy a Garmin. If they can cancel an order and not honour the sale price listed then how can you trust any after sales support or warranty agreements.

A sad loss

I’ve been on eBay since 2009, as both buyer and private seller. I typically sell a few quality personal possessions of various sorts – ranging from clothes to antique furniture to electronics – and have 100% feedback. Put off by eBay’s recent introduction of Buyer Protection Fees and the mandatory use of "Simple Delivery" shipping, I have today withdrawn the last couple of mid-century vases I had for sale and will likely not return, except as an occasional buyer of small low value goods. What a pity! It had been such a good way of selling on items that cannot or should not be going to a charity shop or landfill. I hope, in time, another site will step up to fill the void that eBay are leaving.

Uber Great, Taco Bell missed items

Promotion on order made me want to try for the first time. Food was delivered way ahead of schedule, driver found my apartment with ease using my directions. However, in classic Taco Bell fashion, they forgot to put the 2 chip orders in the bag. Not Ubers fault, but would be nice to have recourse in some way.
