Awful, frustrating return ‘service’

Attempting to return a sweater with a fault in the fabric. Received it a day ago. Have been asked to email 7 photos including of the care instructions. Sending them has jammed my outbox and email. Returning goods should be straightforward. Wish I’d looked at TP before ordering. Very frustrating online return process.
