My laptop power connection came loose one week out of warranty. Dell customer service reps and managers are the worst excuse for customer service. the manager actually told me he was doing me a favor by talking to me. I've never talked to anyone in customer service that was as arrogant as he was. he offered no help. I ended up buying another laptop from a competitor. I will never buy a Dell product again.
