Rang to cancel as yearly subscription was going up by nearly 90%. Busy line on a Monday morning with long wait but answered eventually. Polite operator who was happy for me to cancel but offered a very good deal for the coming year. Pleased with the response.

I was very happy to stumble upon Songkick one day a couple years ago while surfing the web. I find it very easy to use and enjoyable. The only way I previously had to stay informed about upcoming concerts of my favorite artists was to subscribe to numerous email newsletters like Live Nation and mailing lists of some local clubs, but that was a spam nightmare. I got too many of those emails, and it was time-consuming and arduous trying to read through them all to see if any concerts interested me. Ninety percent of the time I was not interested in seeing any of the listed groups. With Songkick, the only emails I get are for artists I have put on my notification list, and I can remove any of them at any time. Tracking and purchasing tickets is a great tool, also. All of this has resulted in me going to concerts more often because I don't miss hearing about any shows! This is good for everyone--the artists, fans, clubs, promoters, etc. I think it is increasing business. I'm glad Songkick is a free service, and I hope it stays that way!

I've been a digital subscriber and a weekend reader for a couple of years.I recently had reason to complain when a headline veered into clickbait.Despite 2 promises, it took 2 complaints to the commissioner and over 2 weeks to get any response, which agreed the headline was wrong. Damage had been done but no mitigation was offered. Very disappointing
