This company is beyond horrible and irresponsible.I ordered tickets to a Self Defense class in October of 2024. The class was cancelled. I requested a refund. There are no Customer Service Reps, there are no contact phone numbers for assistance, there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ it is December 17th, 2024 and I have not rec'd a refund. A "sales person" dent me a ridiculous, cyber crappy link to a multi-leveled refund process ~ which was simply not doable.DO NOT WORK WITH, OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH, THIS SHADY, NON-RESPONSIVE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Cheap TV on the BBC!!!

Cheap TV on the BBC!!!No sport apart from that which no one else wants or that is cheap and meets their totally over the top attempts for sexual and racial equality. Take this weekend when you have the world cup cricket, the womens rugby world cup, the men's rugby Autumn series all on other channels and BBC are left to pick up the scraps such as their over the top coverage of the rugby league world cup or gymnastics. They try to make out that they are giving us as much live coverage of sport as ever but it's the sort of sport that not many want or rediculously extended coverage of things such as the boat race or the London marathon. They used to be the number one for the best of sport but now they have lost the rights to any exclusive coverage and now share it with others or are just confined to brief highlights. Even match of the day equates to 90 mins of a match covered in ten!!! Drama is confined to a few presentations which they hope will get awards and allow them to appear to be producing quality drama and even the drama they do produce is, like the sport, more about sexual and racial equality, than quality.The BBC is more about news and documentaries than anything else which is more about cheapness to produce than licence payer entertainment. The sooner the licence fee is scrapped the better.

Bought a new phone

Bought a new phone. Salesman did not ensure voice-mail or call receiving was allowed after handing me phone. Left store, called my new phone only to discover phone was not user ready. He told me to key 611 for their tech support to help me set up phone! I did later that night. It took them 58 minutes to do so on my time! I went to charge my new phone, only a cord, no plug box! Next day, I called the store to ask ic they cared phone plug. My call was transferred to corporate. They told me to call store back in 15 or 20 minutes! I was on break at work. Phones are not allowed on workers! AT And T is pathetic. Never again, ever.

Quickbooks Self-Employed to Quickbooks Online Migration Disaster

I recently migrated / upgraded from Quickbooks Self-Employed to Quickbooks Online and all my transactions, invoices and history disappeared.After 'upgrading' I recieved an email stating that there had been an 'error' which would take 72 hours to resolve. A week later this still hadn't happened and I was unable to generate invoices, track income or expenses. I opened a case with their customer service and here I am 3 weeks later. Each customer service advsior cannot offer anymore than 'this has been esclated to the engineering team'. One even suggested I open a new account which I then merge when this issue is fixed which safe to say, is not the solution I want. I just want my data back and to be able to generate invoices / get paid. All around a terrible experience, I'm a sole-trader and have been with QB for 3 years.

CNN is a complete false fake and misleading news network!!! has anyone in corporate ever thought about a new approach like reporting the truth for once? Your ratings are in the toilet even Fox News has better ratings. Bashing our government stirring people up with lies and slander. A total slap in the face to anyone who made a sacrifice to defend our freedom. Your garbage network is contributing to destroying this nation. Attacking the president and blaming the pandemic on him and his administration is petty retaliation for him calling it like it is!! CNN is without question a disgusting display of our 1st amendment.

Order an air mattress received a kids toy called them and asked them to fix the problem. I received an email stating that they cancel my order without asking me and are sending a delivery driver to come pick up the wrong parcel that was delivered to me. i call them again and ask that i didnt want my order canceled but wanted what i ordered in the first place. They told me that this is company policy so your telling me that i ordered something u got it mixed up and delivered the wrong thing and cacnel my order without asking me is a company policy. The funniest thing about all of this is their solution is for me to order again when i went to check the exact same air matress i ordered yesterday was +30 difference in price. Please do yourself a favor and never order form them.

Incompetent staff allowing manipulation from students

As a tutor I expected better from Preply, however unfortunately the platform allows students to treat tutors with utter disrespect, ignoring it's own terms and conditions of use in order to take more money. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from a company that takes 18% commission from every lesson from every tutor. Preply didn't care that a student hassled me for a FREE external lesson outside of the Preply platform because the student missed the lesson they booked only 2 hours prior...almost expected me to complete the lesson for free regardless. Not only is this bad practice, but it is a complete waste of a tutors time. When I brought this to their attention because the students mother left a bad review because I don't work for free, Preply couldn't care less and acted as though I should just do what the students mother asked and work for free. This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Preply, I'm not a charity and I do not work for free!!EDIT: So I contacted Preply again at their request in their reply below, however as it turns out this is EXACTLY their usual standard of service and fobbed me off AGAIN! Telling me my issue was unresolvable. Preply...you are a complete JOKE!...and jokes are best shared on social media. You leave me no choice!

Review of parallels

The best option tu run Windows on MAC M1

If you are looking for running Windows on your MAC, as other app install in it, Parallels is the best option. It runs as native as possible on my Macbook pro M1, and surprises me with for example, I receive an email with a *.rar extension compressing some files, and one I clic download and clic on it, it just open and verily notice that Windows are open and working, because a pop up appear asking me for some notification permissions. I choose Parallels, because I had to manage some Excel files that cannot be open in Excel Mac native app because some configurations, and now I can open, edit and so much more. About the price, I think it worth it a lot, because I'm no longer seeking for someone to borrow their PC to do some tasks, wasting time during the process.

Worked perfectly for my needs. Created an online form for registering for an event for my church. Put it on our website and people were easily able to fill it out. I was emailed each time we received a new registration. I was able to make lists of registrants easily. Will definitely use again.

Amazon has flopped - scammer central

RE: Amazon fresh - Found actual faeces in a pot of rice lol - from a good brand - Tilda. That made my day. I gave Amazon a go - but wow! I even found so many items ripped open by drivers and others superglued together in a tacky way. I even dared to see what the raw meat was like - and it had more blood than chops with.., compromised.. packaging. I didn’t need any additional visual aids to see what was going on - just curious who’s blood it belonged to…I’ve had the odd issue with Amazon and tolerated it - but decided to cancel all my subscriptions and ties with Amazon (e.g. Prime and tv & music). They have now followed the EBay failure model - of how to burn a good business to the ground with choosing cheap over quality - letting in the scammers.

I ordered somthing of amazon

I ordered somthing of amazon, it was a invitation to buy a product, that was 6th may 2025 the expected delivery date is 2nd January 2026! I am moving addresses on the 28th July 2025 I message them to change delivery address. Nope cant be done they dont have that power! Still 6 months out from delivery due date and nothing can be done. Apparently I have to cancel the order, I asked about reordering Apparently that cant be done either because it was an invitation! So been told no promises but when its dispatched or out for delivery they MAY! Be able to redirect then.Mentions nothing in there T&C about changing delivery address on invitation orders or anything about it. Multi billion dollar company and they cant click a few buttons and change delivery address on an order that was ment to take 8 months to arrive! Like what are we doing

KYC and helpdesk complete failure.

I was asked to renew KYC. I am sending one by one… passport and drivers licence photos. Both valid. I am doing that from different angles, lights. My wife assists me with holding it so it would be clearest as possible. I have connected high-end full frame camera as a webcam but uploaded photos were treated as sending “screenshots” (I have disabled all side information from camera menu and still..). My regular 720p webcam is not perfect, but still does pretty good photos. Sending these for HOURS didn’t give any result. They deny it either for being unreadable, or because they claim it MIGHT be edited. At current KYC engine, there is not way to upload manually a photo (only webcam sharing or doing it via phone). In my case it can be done only by a webcam. When I presented the issue to the “support” and asked for a solution - either a possibility to upload HQ image, or to do a webchat to show my documents form every angle, or to provide with any other solution, they claimed that KYC failure will stay like that and that they can’t give me ANY support. When asked WHY in different forms of that question, I constantly got this answer: “We are unable to release any information at this moment without a formal request such as subpoena from a government agency or law enforcement - this is the official detailed explanation”. So basically they denied my KYC for a fake reason (or technical difficulties at Binance end - call it as you wish) not giving nether any explanation, nor giving a possibility to provide them with any proof they desire with a different way (since webcam scan is constantly denied). Oh… and once they probably couldn’t hide behind “possible edited photo” reason, they claimed that I provided them a document not consistent to their internal regulation. I chose a country from their list and selected a passport according to this country selection - a valid one. And they claimed that it’s not a proper document (they literally can give you any bs to deny and you can’t do nothing more than spend hour hoping that for some random reason maybe this time it’ll work). On top of that, I am trying the KYC procedure with thevery same documents I was trying to send previously (they didn’t expire from last KYC check), they were accepting them earlier. Now somehow they are fake/incorrect? This is the poorest customer relation I have had. After many, many clear request to redirect me to someone who can help me, I am awaiting “a specialized department for further support to proceed with the case.”. Expected time : 30–660 minutes (I guess no sleep for me tonight)! Of course markets can wait for that delay. Probably if I’ll go away from PC for more than few minutes, this chat will close and my request will be automatically rejected. If that will work, I am moving every assets tradable elsewhere, elsewhere. The amount of stress and wasted time is not worth possible benefits with Binance.And update after my long wait: I was copied the identical message, which I got earlier from a different “person/chatbot” : “After careful consideration, we have determined that the original outcome should be upheld. Unfortunately, we are unable to release any information at this moment without a formal request, such as a subpoena from a government agency or law enforcement. We understand that this might not be what you had hoped for, but we have come to this decision based on our Terms of Use and Internal Policy. We will not be able to offer additional support to you. In case you have any assets in your account, please withdraw them using the "withdraw crypto" option “In other words, they are banning me for no reason, with no explanation and no way to fix it. At least I wasn’t waiting 660 minutes. Way to go Binance!2 stars since while it was working, it was good for trading. I am being generous with 2 stars considering that for now it does not work at all for me. As requested by "RA", here is unique case ID #133039782 with complaint reference ID of CC6155429. For clarification - yes, I use different e-mail and signature myself with a different name on TrustPilot than on Binance. That's the whole point of getting some anonymity in the Internet. On Binance all my credentials are consistent. I wanted to be clear on that.
