My wife and I shared a grandfathered data plan with my mom until she died. My mom didn’t write down her AT&T password or passcode, so whether my wife and I were going to stay with AT&T or switch, the only way to do it was to go the local AT&T store to transfer our lines to an account in my name. When I went there, they told me we weren’t allowed to keep the grandfathered data plan and would have to switch to unlimited. My wife and I use very little data, so I knew at that moment we’d have to switch carriers to get a fair price for the service we need. I set up autopay and paperless billing with AT&T before I left the store that day. 3 days later I ported our numbers to another carrier, and 2 days after that I received our final AT&T bill. I didn’t know until I received this bill that AT&T doesn’t prorate final bills. In addition to charging us an entire month for only 3 days of service, they also took away the $10 per line discount we should have received for setting up autopay and paperless because I canceled our service before the bill was generated. I tried multiple times on the phone and in online chat to make my case to customer service that we were unfairly overcharged. Even if I had conceded I was at fault for not knowing they don’t prorate, they at least should have reinstated the autopay discount when I explained our situation and the reason we canceled our service. Every representative I spoke to gave the same answer: there was nothing they could do unless I reactivated our service. Doing so would have made no sense because my wife and I aren’t big data users.I will absolutely never be an AT&T customer again. They showed no mercy to a grieving family and made us pay $160.32 on our way out the door for only 3 days of service on 2 lines.

Zero stars on actual fact, Amazon has so called drivers that can't speak a word of English in a place that English should be allowed. I had a courier from Amazon logistics to deliver a parcel, he instead phones up and I can't understand a word what he was saying, then they say the product has been delivered so they're just basically stealing from customers really and the Amazon app, you can't speak to anybody about the product details that is how stupid it is, at least eBay has that option which I shop at more than this pathetic app run by a billionaire, that can't get things organised or right. Amazon is below par, and their robots taking over, don't bother with this disgusting company that is tax free. Something needs to be done about this company. Sad how they do things here at Amazon. I won't be shopping here ever again. Disgusting service and poor way to ask for product details. Pathetic

Used a company who use Amazon to deliver. I live in a block of flats, Amazon drivers obviously suffer vertigo as they can't get past the front door let alone come to my door on 4th floor? For the umpteenth time they say 'delivered' but nothing arrives and the item is either left outside in the street, on top of mail boxes clearly marked to NOT leave parcels there or 'with a neighbour'. S9 WHICH neighbour??? I have asked Must Have Ideas to review thier use of this utterly non customer centric shower!

Zillow had my personal info posted on the site, it shows my name and address, images of the place I bought and the price for which I bought it. I have a huge issue with that, so I asked (via email) to have my info removed and explained that its for a safety concern as well as privacy concern. The response I got was some guy saying they have the right to post information since it is "public information" so therefore they will not be removing anything regardless of my request.... It shouldn't be public, nor do I want it to be public obviously! That's why I'm requesting for this to be removed. Zillow is THE ONLY website that refused to remove my personal info after my request. That's a huge problem especially when a person is reaching out directly to ask for this info to be removed. I used to like this website but now after this situation I truly have no respect for this unethical business. Guys, I can only suggest you report them to BBB if your in the same situation as me because some things in this world really do need to stay private unless YOU say otherwise and companies need to respect that.

Tom Walker was fantastic!!!He sang every song from his album and his interaction with the audience was exceptional, when the audience sang along he obviously and sincerely enjoyed and encouraged it, especially when he sang 'You and I', he was moved by the enthusiasm of the crowd and thanked us all by raising a glass to us.I have attended many gigs in my time, Toms performance is by a long strech, the best show I have ever attended. In summary he made us feel like friends, not just a paying audience.If you get a chance to see him, please go, you will have a truly memorable experience, one not to be missed!!

Contacted Google Help to help me set up my new phone on Google Home. Old phone worked fine on it. After answering questions about my equipment (ALL GOOGLE PRODUCTS!) the bot wanted me to go to a 3rd party paid site where my credit card was requested. Yea, sure. Google Help is NO help.
