Trying to watch Michael Lynn programme…

Trying to watch Michael Lynn programme on the RTE Player. I'm seeing only the red circle ⭕ of doom.Anytime I try to use the Player there are problems. It's 2025 please this needs massive work from RTE. I pay my license but by God do you make it difficult.

Extremely disappointed tbh

Extremely disappointed tbh. Have had a CC subscription continuously from 2015 until now. First couple of years was at student rate, and majority at professional rate. Cancelled my subscription today as I don't need for current role. I was charged €108 to cancel my subscription. After nine years of unbroken customer loyalty, I was charged this large amount of money.Very disappointing 'customer service' from Adobe, and has left a very sour taste. Now I've left, I've zero plans to ever return.

Kickstarter Will not help at all!! Terrible company

What a terrible company!! I bought a couple of months ago a rollingfinger for my face. I then was contacted by Peoplepie. I had to give my creditcard figures. Didnt do that but lost the e-mail. Because there was a big amount left to send it. So I tried and contact several times to get in touch with rollingfinger or peoplepie but they di not respond at all. Then I contacted kickstarter for this issue. They tell me that they don’t have information of rollingfinger at all and that I have to try and short it out myself to reach rollingfinger. I replied with that I have tried every e-mail address that I could find but they do not respond. It is my problem according kickstarter. I have to take legal actions myself!!!!! I replied with that I will give a bad review if they do not help me. I e-mails kickstarter again several times but they don’t respond anymore. So a couple of hundred euro’s gone. It is so strange that the cannot give me an e-mail address of the company or phonenumber. Why is that protected? It had been written of my account? I am 2 months busy now with this. I will never ever ever buy something on kickstarter. I have never have a bad review because it can Harm the company but I have no other choice. Thanks kickstarter for helping me (not).

A great company gone down the dunny

I recently purchased a smoke detector which allegedly connected to any Zigbee enabled smart hub. Despite multiple attempts the Aqara Hub would not accept the detector so I asked to send it back stating not as advertised as it would not connect as they had stated in advert. Now back in the day as long as the item was not damaged and all in the original packaging returns were never a problem. Not So now after jumping through hoops for hours, sending photos and videos answer was " not enough evidence".Consequently my account has been closed never to darken their doors again.Terrible service.

Called AAA at 4:30pm, said two hour wait. No big deal. Every hour they added another 60-120minues. Upwards of 4 hours I’ve been waiting!!!! Terrible service. God aweful.

HP DeskJet 2710e printer ink cartridge issues

Bought an HP DeskJet 2710e all in one printer which came with pre-installed test ink cartridges (i.e. small volume of ink just to get the printer up and running). We were advised by Currys that we could use any generic printer cartridges. Ink ran out, replaced with Asda alternatives and the printer won't work with them. It won't even let us use the scan function to scan in documents though there's no ink involved. There's no way to switch of the HP authentication of cartridges. The printer won't work just by attaching the USB printer cable. We had to download an App so they can keep sending us messages to say the ink cartridge is running low and do we want to sign up to their service for regular replacements. No. I don't. I just want want a small printer to print what I want when I want it! What a poor excuse for a product and a total customer rip off!

ESET license renewal: bad

Currently I have ESET Smart Security. Since my licence was about to expire, I received the option to renew it. These were the options provided to me:The one I currently have:1. ESET Smart Security ($27,99)or, "upgrade for increased security" to:2. ESET Internet Security ($18.66)3. ESET Multi-Device security ($35,-)4. ESET Smart Security premium ($28,-)-Option 1 is clear: the same as what I already had. But what are the other options, and how do they compare to the product I already have?-Options 2: How does my "Smart Security" compare to the "Internet security"? Is it the 'dumbed-down' edition? The Internet Security package has the exact same description "Fast powerful anti-virus, anti-malware, gamer-modus, cloud-powered scanning" as the Smart Security Premium which is 10,- more expensive ?! Moreover, the Internet security package is cheaper than the one I already have. Is this a great discount, or is this a DOWNGRADE instead of the advertised "upgrade for even more security"?-Option 3: Judging from the name, I can secure multiple-devices with this license. So: a. how many devices, unlimited? b. which security do I get on each of these devices: Internet security, smart security, or the illustrious Premium security?Moreover, when I select it, I have to select how many licenses I want (1-10). But that depends on how many computers I can secure with 1 license....-Option 4: "Premium"... so what's in the premium package? What do I get extra?Alright, so the renewal page is absolutely garbage since it answers none of the above questions. Let's be a proactive buyer and see whether Eset's webpage might provide some insight.The webpage offers 3 different Windows products:a. Eset Internet Security: I guess this is option 2b. Eset NOD32 antivirus: none of the above options? c. ESET Smart security premium: I guess this is option 4So options 1, "Smart security", and "option 3" are simply missing. I still don't know the difference between the various flavors. At this point, you realize that simply renewing your license takes much more time than it's supposed to. Maybe next year, simply enable Windows Defender...

I am happy to receive notifications…

I am happy to receive notifications about my delivery. Okay I can not say everytime they did a good job about the place they left with my parcels but still much better than other companies. At least they provide details and they get the items delivered by the time. It has been 1.5 month I am registered with prime and has been using it with next day delivery. Very pleased.

Charges although I cancelled the service within the seven day trial period... No refund.

Had a bad experience with using the trial of the service and my attempts at cancelling the subscription (through my bank's service where I handle all of my subscriptions ) before the end of the trial was yet somehow I got another charge. Contacted support/customer service in hopes of a refund as a mistake must've happened. No luck. Merely automated responses from different "people". So either two different "employees" wrote me the exact same response as another, word by word. I've worked in customer service and sure there are standard copy paste answers but you are perhaps also to address the question/problem brought forth by a customer. I'm struggling financially due to health issues and this wrecked my finances this month as I am on disability benefits and not rolling in dough as to may say. Financial and unexpected issues causing stress was not something I needed. I feel like I've been scammed but legally I can't do anything. And I'm not getting any kind of response from customer "support" so I've given up on a refund. Using that small amount of energy left to write this and a review in the Google play store... hopefully it'll help someone else. I'd keep far away from this company.

Completely overrun with political bots. Seemingly no effort has been made to help users filter out undesirable content (like allowing users to block specific content categories such as Latest News). Seemingly no effort has been made to improve the user experience (like making it easier for users to block bots).
