Train your billing people, please

Respect the technical people but don't like the billing people. The one who answered my call on 06/20/2025 told me 2 lies and insisted for service I don't need:1. No credit card associated with my account (of course there is!), requested my card just to find out it's there2. Told me that my domain to be renewed for 2 years but I received an email from GoDaddy on 06/17/2025 to confirm it for 1 year. How manipulative! Because he insisted it's for 2 years, so he needs to charge my card on 06/20/2025, instead automatically charged on 06/21/2025 to change it to 1 year3. Don't want to have my email to be reactivated right now but in August, he kept insisted that it's practical. But I don't want it and I don't need it. I am the Customer!

Forced user to move from a working origin game launcher to their buiggy EA app. Plasters an unclosable image across the application, and would not let me change setting or launch my games. Effectively breaking a previously working program

Claude is a SCAM

Claude is a SCAM, Anthorpic uses this AI to scrape and store ALL your data their sites claims it is a 30 day policy before being deleted however it is NEVER deleted & I suspect it is sold to 3rd party or used for their Model.Claude will introduce bugs ABOVE your coding capabilities after it understands your coding level it will start to introduce bugs, circular dependencies & Other errors to ensure you are RELIANT on Claude to fix these issues repeating the circle over and over in order to waste your paid plan.Claude also monitors your 'frustration levels' to ensure Claude will fix something when you are most frustrated to ensure that they keep you using this AI, Even though Claude will claim she can't see your codebase unless you show this but after looking at Claude in more depth we are unsure if this is true it seems it could potentially be reading other files although we are unsure what it is Claude is reading.Claude has pre-programmed replies & responses as well as shady barriers & security, Claude will send a generic pre-programmed response even when this is contradictory to her claims these are pre-built by Anthropic to avoid Claude telling users anything about their true practices about what is outlined above. These are there under the illusion that they are to avoid users searching anything illegal, harmful etc.. This is NOT the case, They ARE lying to you.There is so much more shady & Unethical behavior from Anthropic the makers of Claude, I strongly urge EVERYONE to avoid using this AI & to REMOVE it from their computer (If using anything like cursor).If you have not used any 3rd party service using Claude & only use it on the web please ensure you are USING A VPN, USE A PRIVATE BROWSER AS WELL AS A PRIVATE TAB TO ENSURE YOUR DETAILS ARE NOT BEING FARMED.Thank you, Good luck to everyone using this disgusting AI.

Still waiting refund of £100

Booked a property for 3 nights however cancelled remaining two nights and requested refund as per cancellation conditions. It has been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for the refund. Booking.com have given me every excuse under the sun not to refund me, telling lies, stalling. Now I have to escalate to consumer protection it's despicable.I'm never ever going to use booking.com again

Misleading Payment Information – Booking.com Refuses to Take Responsibility

I booked a hotel in Spain through Booking.com for my birthday trip. On the Booking.com listing, it clearly stated that American Express was accepted as a payment method. Since I only have an Amex card available for this trip, that information was essential to my booking decision.However, when the hotel tried to charge my card, it was declined because they don’t actually accept Amex. The hotel asked me to make a bank transfer instead, which is not possible for me.I contacted Booking.com customer service immediately, expecting them to resolve the issue since the misleading payment information came from their platform. They said they would check with the hotel to approve a free cancellation, but the hotel refused, and now I’m being forced to either pay with a method I don’t have or cancel and pay a penalty.This is unacceptable. The inaccurate information came directly from Booking.com, and now I am stuck in an unfair situation that is affecting my travel plans and finances.Booking.com, I expect you to take responsibility for the incorrect information provided and allow a free cancellation. It’s the very least you can do for your customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I expect this will be taken down by booking.con as was the other review I wrote! Do not use this company because if you have a problem you’ll regret it! Do not under any circumstances book Ezgis apart in Marmaris Turkey. They also have a Garden Apt in Marmaris. They scammed me and put me in a pokey studio (I didn’t book)! Took £1300 euros from me! Disgusting woman should hang her head in shame!!!!

Tried contacting a property manager on Zillow. The contact info was not valid. I left electronic message on listing, got no response. I called Zillow, left message, got no response. I had to choose option for "wanting to list on Zillow" through automated system to actually speak to a real person. The person was rude and hung up on me. I called back, spoke to another person, that was rude also and said they couldn't help. Zillow only wants to service Listers, give invalid contact info and no customer service to help. Fraudulent and unethical business!!!!!!

Work Customer service I have ever seen…

Work Customer service I have ever seen in a company, and unreliable phones. Bought the brand new s22 ultra last year and it broke in 4months. Some idiot at Samsung told me to remove my screen protector before I sent it out for repair. When i got it back they scratched the crap out of my screen and refused to replace it because it was "cosmetic damage". They also lied multiple times and were rude over the phone too many times to count. If you have any self respect for yourself, stay away from this company and their products.

I’ve mislaid my life membership card so I’m trying to contact them to get a replacement. So far spent 15 minutes and 20 minutes listening to their message that they are so busy!If they are that busy they should employ more staff to answer the telephone.Very poor customer service.

I use Jotform daily for my business enterprise and I find it extremely easy to use. It allowed me to easily build a form that I send weekly to my customers, who are also very happy to being able to order through a couple of click!
