Work Customer service I have ever seen in a company, and unreliable phones. Bought the brand new s22 ultra last year and it broke in 4months. Some idiot at Samsung told me to remove my screen protector before I sent it out for repair. When i got it back they scratched the crap out of my screen and refused to replace it because it was "cosmetic damage". They also lied multiple times and were rude over the phone too many times to count. If you have any self respect for yourself, stay away from this company and their products.
