Good stuff. It would be awesome if you were able to work with black magic the company that makes davinci so you can have an in-app online library so we don’t have to go online to get assets then bring them back into davinci. The editing app LumaFusion does this with Storyblocks and it’s EXTREMELY convenient and quicker.

Sold a coat for £500, the buyer wanted to return the item and eBay automatically accepted the return. The buyer sent me the wrong item back so I opened a dispute. EBay then automatically refunded the buyer on my behalf as the tracking showed something had been been delivered back to me. I then started an appeal and rang eBay customer service. My appeal was denied and I was offered no help at all by eBay. They told me Aslong as the tracking shows something has been delivered they have to refund the buyer. So essentially they have allowed me to be scammed and offered no help whatsoever. They claim so offer protection and money back guarantee but this is a load of rubbish, I had sold ££££ and hand many 5 star review and they just allowed me to be scammed. I will never use eBay again to sell anything and I would suggest no one else does either unless you are prepared to loose all of the money from the sale.

We had to jump on this live chat on 4 separate occasions to try and cancel dashpass on my partners account, before we were charged. The fith time I had to get back on the chat again, as we were charged almost $100.Before this, the account was deactivated, and we were assured time and time again that we would not be charged.After reaching support for the fith time, I was passed along to a different agent who said we needed to reach out via the original email. I explained that I could not do this, as this account had already been closed.They kept writing "are we still connected?" immediately after sending every message, trying to kick me off of the chat without helping me at all. I asked how we could get in touch if this account was already closed, to which the team Member said they can't help, and closed the chat.We found a phone line, in which the customer service member finally helped us, and refunded us. This process was the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. I work in customer service, and deal with a live chat, so I can tell you from experience that this was terrible.No compensation, no apology, just a problem fixed after weeks of asking, that shouldn't have been a problem to begin with.

I ordered an open box tablet from Newegg (Galaxy Tab S7 FE) and was sent a cheap Galaxy A7 Lite instead. The actual item I ordered is no longer available so now I am LOSING money by having to take time out of my work day to return an item before they will refund me, and I won't even get what I initially ordered. Customer service was terrible and did not escalate my issue at all even though I asked. Essentially they stole a small amount of my money.

Dell, please get new management in your customer service department. Maybe all departments. I have bought $1000s worth of Alienware which I am happy with but the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life. It's a shame because having these products were a long-time dream of mine, only to be tainted by how bad the customer service is... Delays of almost 2 months for part of my order, being transferred over and over, dropped calls, forwarded to the wrong Dell customer service country, forwarded to a completely different company once. Hours and hours of wasted time. So many people who didn't know what they were doing.There are a couple people I talked to that could finally help me. And to those good ones: either ask for a promotion so you can make changes for everyone and fix these problems in your company (and get paid more), or leave the company because you deserve better. I bet you deal with alot.

Quick response by phone and email, matter settled almost as soon as I reported it. Really nice people, makes me confident to make donations through change.org. And of course, they take up humanitarian and animal rights causes, and through petitions they're quick to get the word out.

Wish I would have read these comments before I tried to do a curbside pickup. WHAT A RIPOFF!! They make it seem like they are being so helpful during this pandemic time when all they are really doing is ripping people off. First let me say that I have 3 tractor supply stores that I go to...all of them an hours drive from my home...so when I am near one it's good to stop and pick up needed items. Today I thought I would try the curbside pickup. I followed the instructions on the app. Placed my order in and was told to select curbside pickup. I got an email that confirmed the order...when I got to the store they had not received the order...ok fine I'll just buy what I need while I'm here and cancel the curbside pickup order. Then I noticed on the email that it wasn't being treated as a curbside pickup but a as a delivery to the store AND they wanted to go charge me $17. For shipping!!! Why would I pay or even be asked to pay for tractor supply to ship it to themselves??? And I have to drive in to the store to pick it up? Never again....
