I am not a sport lover. I don’t watch sport. So why is the BBC forcing it down my throat on every channel. There is no choice. Why am I paying a licence fee? I don’t mind one channel for those who want to watch the Commonwealth games …..all day….but why can’t I watch something else on BBC2? …. During the Wimbledon, Womens Euros and now the Commonwealth games there has been nothing to watch on BBC except sport!!!!!!

AT&T is by far the worst company to work with. 2 times this year they charged me for cable that I have not used for 11 months and cancelled it 11 months ago. I have been a loyal customer for 18 years with cable, internet and all of my phone and business lines and all I am asking is to credit their mistake for $335 dollars for a service I cancelled back nor have used. Even the supervisor Brittani agent number BN8562 said she is the highest to speak to on the matter and I can only use their website to file a legal dispute. In the meantime I have a bill over $335 for no use of service and their mistake for not cancelling a non used equipment.

I have not installed McAfee but was one a free trial for a week. I was not very happy with the app so did not pay for it.Since then, McAfee notifications have constantly been popping up on my screen ALL THE TIME. For example one is on my screen as I am writing this review. It reads 'Browser is infected! Attention!! 18 viruses detected! Use the McAfee app to scan'. So I scanned my computer using a different, trustworthy app and no viruses have shown up. I do not know how to stop these push notifications that appear every 5-10 minuets. They keep coming and they lead me to the McAfee website when I click on them, telling me to write my email and pay for the app. My advice woulld be not to pay for it, it's not at all worth as it will most likely persuade you to pay for more of its content with irritating pop ups. Horrible customer service.I have tried twice to get help and both times the agents do no understand my problem because of automatic translation. There is no communication possible. They also both closed the chat before my problem was solved and did not let me finish explaining the issue I had. Shockingly bad!

The stole my money do not open and account with them! I transferred money to my account after opening than I tried to withdraw and then they blocked my account. When I write to them they ask me to send I'd, proof of address etc and when I do they still don't unblock my account. Absolutely unbelievable daylight robbery!

Trying to verify my mileage on my two vehicles. The on-line website is pathetic. Slow loading, spinning gears and wasted time. It is so antiquated and hard to navigate. When it finally loaded the screen to update my mileage to maintain my discount I get the "Our systems are temporarily unavailable" This happens every time. What a joke. I am a good customer, auto pay, no accidents or service calls. Why is it so hard to complete a simple task.

I am both annoyed and disgusted with my experience with Timeout. Please do not waste your money, they will fleece you off.We signed up our business (pub) with timeout based on their sales pitch and how they can help us grow. It was a premium profile so you pay hundreds of pounds every month and in return get frustration and helplessness. Once we signed the contract we realised the whole sales pitch and promises were lies and only to extract money. After that emails and calls went unanswered, even basic service is supposed to work better than their premium servivce. Our advert was last updated in 2016 way before we took over so they didnt even make an effort or spare any minute to update the details. We did receive a response but only when we stopped the direct debit. We asked for the invoice to be sent to us for us to make further payments (we had paid every thing except last 3 months). Again the phones and emails went dead for long time and then we saw a demand from debt collector for outstanding dues with penalties etc on top. When we contacted timeout they did reply this time (ofcourse coz they need to extract money) They lie that they send emails and reminders, when you ask them for proof you get screenshot with no evidence that email was indeed sent. We are paying the extra cost to the debt collectors as want to just close this chapter and move on (Timeout and their collectors still pretend to be saints telling us how good a deal we have got as they are only charging 50% of penalty which was applied without contacting us or providing us with invoices)...If you hear premium service from TIMEOUT...RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE..ITS A FRAUD AND SCAM

unbelievable that a major newspaper is running a digital subscription scam where they have made it impossible to unsubscribe from their site. They keep charging monthly, never respond to emails, have suspended their phone service and have no way on the account to unsubscribe.

Firstly, the app is really good - premium especially, there are a multitude of personalised/user-specific aspects that set it apart from other music platforms and is very affordable if in a family plan. Plus the customer service is exceptional. For me, I have always contacted them through Twitter (@SpotifyCares), and they have always responded quickly, and with solutions that have been straightforward, or if more was needed, they tell u to shoot them a dm, and it is resolved there. They are super friendly, and have always told me what to do, and how I can do it. The Twitter team is especially good. I feel like a lot of these lower-rated reviews are not exactly warranted. Whilst I have a few glitches/minor annoyances here and there, it doesn't constitute a poor review. I would say however that premium is far superior to Spotify free, more satisfying to use, and is less prone to glitches/issues :)

Lyft is a horribly run company, the legal department and support department dont have a clue what they are doing and do not work with either the drivers nor the riders. i wouldn't be surprised if lift completely fails in the next few years.Personally as a driver i would prefer to use UBER all day. Lyft is a joke, and because they are so bad they are not even busy enough to provide any real source of income for people even in the busiest of markets! STEER CLEAR EVERYONE!

This is the worst laptop brand on the market. These laptops don’t last past 2 years. This is my second Hzp in 4 years and it has just crashed. My first was a streambook and eventually just stopped installing updates, which cause it to stop working properly altogether. It claimed not to have enough memory even though there were no extra files on the pc because I used an external hard drive. Why would they make a computer that would become obsolete 2 years later. So I thought you know, I learned my lesson I’ll just buy a regular PC. So I did, and again right at the 2 year mark it started crashing after installing the latest updates. The first time this happened it cost me $150 to get someone to reinstall windows. Then it has happened 5 more times and I have successfully been able to restore it to an earlier date. I have tried disabling updates but it only allows you to postpone them for a few weeks tnen forces you to install them. Now my computer is completely gone after the latest “update.” I just had to spend a lot of money on a MacBook because I refuse to buy another PC ever again.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I was charged $100 for an autorenewal that I didn't agree to. The email connected to the account was hacked and deleted so I wasn't notified until I saw the charges in my bank account. I reached out to them for assistance requesting a refund. I had to wait a week for a response after sending very personal info to verify myself only to get an email denying me my money back, and sending a link to reset my password, not change the email as I mentioned time and time again so that I can delete the account and the auto-renewal. I filed a case with my bank. They're the most unhelpful, unknowledgeable people ever. UPDATE:Still very unhelpful. I asked to only change the email so that I can turn off the auto-renew that was turned on without my consent. I found out that they added a domain to the account that I never authorized. I also did more research and apparently, they've scammed many other people. Please be careful out there folks, you're only trying to start a business and people out there are just trying to derail and steal from you. I hope the company sees this, because will make it my civic duty to report you and shut you down.
