Paid for next day delivery, no tracking updates until late evening the following day (the day items should have arrived), only to read that the items will NOT ARRIVE FOR ANOTHER THREE DAYS! What a farce and a total con. This has happened before. Never received a refund for the "Express Delivery" postage fees.

Has been enjoying it but was signed up to a subscription package that I was not aware of - until I was charged. I genuinely thought my bank account has been hacked as I hadn’t knowingly signed up for a quarterly subscription and was given no notification that money was going to be taken from my account. Very underhand of them. Feel swindled by a company that has my dna data, which is concerning. Wish I’d never heard of them.

I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service but do not receive a reply. I paid for a 1 year membership + super Duolingo but my account details no longer work. Every time I try to log in it says that my account no longer exists. I’ve tried and tried over and over to get them to help but nothing. It’s been more than 4 months and they have not resolved the issue. Once they take your money they don’t care about you.

Their customer service is shocking. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone, they make you message them through the app. I waited 10hrs for a reply. My modem has blown and needs to be replaced. Easy yes? No, not for Telstra. I have been conversing with them through the app for the last 24 hours, I have to keep repeating myself with what the issue is, and they keep just asking me to turn it off and on. It’s pathetic and a waste of time. Don’t sign up with this company, it will be nothing but headaches for you if anything ever goes wrong!
