Their customer service is shocking. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone, they make you message them through the app. I waited 10hrs for a reply. My modem has blown and needs to be replaced. Easy yes? No, not for Telstra. I have been conversing with them through the app for the last 24 hours, I have to keep repeating myself with what the issue is, and they keep just asking me to turn it off and on. It’s pathetic and a waste of time. Don’t sign up with this company, it will be nothing but headaches for you if anything ever goes wrong!
