I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service but do not receive a reply. I paid for a 1 year membership + super Duolingo but my account details no longer work. Every time I try to log in it says that my account no longer exists. I’ve tried and tried over and over to get them to help but nothing. It’s been more than 4 months and they have not resolved the issue. Once they take your money they don’t care about you.
