Ordered lotion which when I opened the package had leaked everywhere and went over me and my clothes. I got through to a human (rare) who agreed that I did not need to return the items (impossible unless I used a spoon!). When I asked what they would do about the mess, the response was they don’t take any responsibility for such issues. Poor customer service and refused to accept my review saying that. Their after service has been in steep decline for year. There are other options so I’ll continue to shop around instead of using Amazon as my ‘go to’ on line shop.
