The website is horrible. No login button. Just lots of ads for their subscription packages. Can’t log in when I finally click around enough to get a log in prompt. Then it just spins and spins. Hulu is nothing but expensive and frustrating. This company should go out of business. Can’t imagine too many people would put up with this frustration.

I ordered a pack of hearing aid batteries from Amazon on May12/25. I have yet to receive them via Canada Post . Instead Amazon used Purolator , a very useless division of Canada Post who delivered them to a general store 25 kilometers called Huberdeau . Neither Purolator or Amazon advised me of this even though they have my phone # and email address.In addition the store location they listed is in a town was another 10 kilometers form Hubedreau away which again is incorrect which they still list as Boileau The package size i 4"x1.3/4"x2". For the last 5 purchases this small package was always put in my mail box.So Mr. BEDDOS your company is NOW TOAST

The IRS keeps processing things out of order and saying I owe money when infactthey owe me money. They have not processed my 2017 taxes properly which resulted in me owing 11k which was due immediately. An IRS tax preper redid them and now the IRS owes me 7k but is now saying I owe for 2020. How convenient. I called in to discuss it and the hold time was hours. After waiting an u reasonable amount of time the customer rep was rude, unhelpful and then transfered me because I wouldn't shut up. Well after holding for 2 hours and the IRS jerking me around I'm not going to shut up. She told me to just wait for them to process my return but they want 2k immediately. The biggest messed up part of it is that I'm poor. I have no money. I never have. I own nothing. I have no way to pay.

The zoom service is really appalling. I really don't understand how they failed to improve it after years of online calls and meetings under covid. The service unexpectedly disconnects, freezes and sometimes I even get locked out of my account. Seriously, if it's not up to the task, just get rid off it.

Created Christmas greeting cards with Zazzle. Had a couple photos with challenging aspect ratios. Found a model that worked, incorporated some scripture, and it came out GREAT and got here in plenty of time to mail out for the holiday. Thank you Zazzle.
