Huge let down in product: I ordered a used Roland RD 700 keyboard. The service was great as I ordered it 1/14/2025 and received it 1/16/2025 but, upon receiving the product I upserved the shipping box was damaged and upon opening the box I also upserved the keyboard was severely damaged. It is broken on both ends, the middle of the keyboard is bent to the point that the keys are stuck in place. The padding was not sufficient for the weight of the keyboard.

This company is full of greedy asshats. Selfish 🫏 waited until kickoff during football to cut the game off along with all of the channels they have with Spectrum! No concerns for the customers whatsoever!!!! So now, I have changed all of my Disney channels for alternative channels, and even though Disney has finally had an agreement with spectrum and turn their channels back on, I will not be returning to any of the Disney channels! Going forward, I will boycott Disney, cut the head off the snake! You treat employees like 💩, your magical Walt Disney World is nothing but a joke! You charge astronomical amounts for people to enter your theme park and it’s so damn crowded that you can’t even get through half of a park within a day. I booked a table with a restaurant from their website. The day before the booking, I received a text msg asking me to reply 1 to confirm the booking, which I did. Only then did I find out that I’d been charged for a premium text msg. Morally, though presumably not legally, this is theft. I would say don’t use OpenTable - but it wasn’t clear to me that I was using them, until it was too late. Avoid.

Just a year ago, the translation quality within Advanced version was very good considering the context and word choice, significantly outperforming Google Translate. Unfortunately, it took a turn for the worse. Now the translation is the same as the one offered by Google. I still use the Advanced version, but I'm quitting soon due to insufficient quality.

Horrible company. Tv broke in one year. They replaced 2 parts, but after another year the same part broken down. No garente at all, also not on the new parts that is one year old. TV 899,- is now ready for trashcan in less than 3 years. Wish I could give you 0 stars, 1 star is too much.

This really is one of the worst credit cards to own. I own a Platinum business account which they charge 650 pounds in fees per year but have promised increase each month but it never happens. When you call AE services they know very well they can't do nothing so keep you on hold for 35 minutes and cut you off staff not trained especially the women, they like to fob off loyal customers when they know they won't help.Why should anyone pay 650 pounds fees for a limit for a whole year in 3 figures! Seems to be very unprofessional and unethical but clearly AE don't care about loyal customer service. 0/10.Really not worth a catd with them , seriously poor communication and seriously poor credit card company possible the worst in the world. They need to look at loyal customer care and think first.
