This really is one of the worst credit cards to own. I own a Platinum business account which they charge 650 pounds in fees per year but have promised increase each month but it never happens. When you call AE services they know very well they can't do nothing so keep you on hold for 35 minutes and cut you off staff not trained especially the women, they like to fob off loyal customers when they know they won't help.Why should anyone pay 650 pounds fees for a limit for a whole year in 3 figures! Seems to be very unprofessional and unethical but clearly AE don't care about loyal customer service. 0/10.Really not worth a catd with them , seriously poor communication and seriously poor credit card company possible the worst in the world. They need to look at loyal customer care and think first.
