Review of mediafire

Too slow, even paid version

I do not believe mediafire has much real use. Simple reason is that even if you pay for the service, the download speed is capped to what seems like 100kb-1mb/s download and 1mb/s upload. You can get much faster speeds elsewhere and both paid and free versions of this service just isn't good enough.

Great help from Alex on the support…

Great help from Alex on the support team! I had an issue where clients were able to book in times that they shouldn't. Alex connected and screen shared so he could show me where I was going wrong. He showed me how to fix it within 5 minutes. Calendly has been pretty good so far, been using about 6 months now and good for booking in calls.

I signed up for a free trial because I needed to some school materials for my son. Signed up with my credit card in order to get 30 days trial period. Got an email saying they will let me know before trial period ends. I never used their website again. Ten months after, I realised I’ve been charged $8,99 a month. I contacted them explaining I never received any email from them about the end of trial period. I checked my email several times and their first email was the last as well.I contacted them and explained the situation. I was completely honest with them. As per their refund policy, I could get one month refund. I was fully aware it was my mistake, but having no flexibility was really not nice. They make you subscribe for a “free trial” and then charge you without any further notice. I signed up for so many free trials on my phone and I always get notified when it is about to expire so I can cancel it on time. They replied to me with a generic response about their cancellation policy and refunded one month. I still hope they will re evaluate my case and refund me for something I did not use.UPDATE: After sending them another email, they refunded two months which I find unacceptable as I was charged for 10 months and did not use their website at all. They should really update their policy/website.UPDATE: After several emails with support team, I got refund for 6 out of 10 months. I am happy with this solution and I never wanted a full refund. My case escalated to a manager who saw this comment and realised I paid something I did not use. Thank you for understanding my situation. Whoever wants to subscribe to their website should pay attention and cancel free trial on time. They should also send email about charging your card each time they do it.

Really slow shipping and non existent customer service

My item finally arrived about two weeks after the estimated delivery date (shipping within EU) mentioned in the order confirmation. I had already opened a support case with them but didn't get any human support at any point. Just bunch of automated emails apologising that their customer support is extremely busy. Well no wonder if the shipments are this late in general. The product itself was good and as expected. I wish their shipping was more realiable and realistic about the expected delivery time. Previously have not had issues with them but this time was unfortunately bad experience.

Disgraceful Service…Website specified 3-5 days for delivery. I’m on the 5th day tomorrow with my order sitting in Processing still.Contacted Customer Services who state they are experiencing a delay. Offered a 20% refund. Asked for a full refund for the item and cancellation of the order and I’m told I can’t cancel as it will be delivered… again with no delivery date.Terrible service.. it seems I’m amongst the many who have experienced the same issue.

There is a lady named Pahima who works in the women's shoe department at the Somerset Mall located in Troy, MI who assisted me and other customers on 12/20/19 (I was shopping for my wife in a sea of women eagerly seeking their selections).While all of the employees were helpful, Pahima was EXTREMELY polite, patient, and helpful to everyone she assisted, no matter how many times they (including me) asked her for a different shoe style or size during the hectic holiday craziness.

Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience in decades. Unbelievable that a company like Logitech, in the year 2020, offers the worst online store experience. I’m still waiting for PayPal to resolve my missing order. I ordered a keyboard on May 8th. After receiving the “thank you for your order” email, that was all. No updates, no tracking numbers, nothing. Contacted Digital River and they told me they don’t handle Logitech’s store? A complete scam!

Good experience with product warranty

How are there so many bad reviews. I had a logitech keyboard for about 2.5 years and it suddenly started acting weird. I checked the warranty which was for 3 years; contacted them and explained the fault, and they literally ended up sending me a new keyboard. I've since then upgraded my mouse, speakers and mic also to logitech and they work amazing, can sync them all too.

Worst company ever.

Worst company ever.Bought a new PC, one week and I had to send it back to them because not working. 6 weeks after got back the PC with the same problem. Call them 12 times and always the line gets cut off and nobody ever calls you back.Still with over $1000 pc not properly working.DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
