Review of dsw
There aren't enough words for how bad DSW is as a company and how poor their customer service is. They couldn't be worse if they tried. Any time I go in person, there are cashiers standing around talking to each other instead of ringing people up. Shoes are everywhere - which, okay, you can blame partially on the customers. But then perhaps they should stop gossiping and do their jobs. If I'm shopping online, things that show up as in stock in my search are suddenly out of stock by the time I click on the page to order. Or I successfully order, and then it's cancelled. Because it's out of stock. Their rewards system is actually completely ridiculous - your rewards are automatically issued from your points balance when you hit a certain # of points and you can't control it. So if you order something and then return, chances are you have rewards and a negative point balance. Not useful. If you buy something with rewards and then return it, you only get back the $ you paid by card/cash/etc - not the rewards. If you return everything in an order, you get extra points deducted from your balance. Still not sure if this is a stupid bug they haven't fixed or a passive aggressive way of punishing you for changing your mind. And then there is the customer service. Sure, I always get connected to someone super fast via online chat. But it's inevitably someone who doesn't have a great grasp of the English language, who can only give you canned responses like "thank you for the information and for being a X member." Like ok let's skip thanking me and move on to helping me. They tell me things I already know even if I told them beforehand - yes, I know that x thing happens, but y thing is not supposed to happen. Inevitably they either do not read that or do not understand how to deal with the problem because they say "if you do this then x happens we cannot fix it." Well...duh. I already told you I know that. And then they tell you to call. The whole reason I am chatting with them is so I don't have to call and listen to a horrific accent. But here we are. If you're going to order, do it in stores, after trying on the shoe and maybe running laps around the store or something equally time-consuming so you know for sure you're not returning it. Because otherwise it's a waste of your time and money.

Today I was reviewing my policy and membership online and accidentally started filling out the forum for a quote. When I realized what I was doing I exited out of the page and went back to my account. Michael Johnson at AAA then called me to check in on me and asked me more about what I was inquiring about. I have been a member for 16 years and he offered me a complimentary year to add another adult to my membership. So friendly and so generous. As someone who works in memberships and hospitality, this interaction is what I strive to give my members. Great job!
Review of target
There is currently a Target ad on TV that is in very poor taste and it infuriates me every time it airs. It features a Target "employee" who is supposedly portraying a woman in the South whose accent is so ridiculous it would be laughable if it weren't so offensive. It is obviously intended to imply that Southern women are stupid, uneducated and from so far back in the woods that they are totally ignorant and speak with an accent unintelligible to anyone in civilization. As someone born and raised in the South I can attest to the fact that this in no way reflects the accent or IQ of anyone I know. Shame on you Target for your public disdain and bullying of southern patrons. I hope that others who are as offended by your ad as I am take their business to a company who appreciates all of their customers rather than "targeting" specific groups with insults intended for ridicule, exclusion and humiliation. I would drive 90 miles out of my way before I would stop at a Target and after reading dozens of other reviews from people who are fed up with your stores there probably won't be any left before long anyway. And no, we won't miss you when you're gone!

We have been NT members for several years and had already decided not to renew. At the start of the pandemic I looked at their website to see if they would be extending memberships etc due to the lockdown. After several weeks I came across a link which allowed you to apply for a three month payment break. Texted everyone I knew who was a member. I had only two months left on my membership so I cancelled the direct debit with my bank. I did this because the NT have a total lack of transparency with their members hiding away the payment holiday plus the fact that membership is reduced at age 60 if you meet certain criteria. Also, there is no facility to cancel your membership online which is poor management. Managed to cancel my membership by emailing them.

A recent visit to Stourhead was truly disappointing. The entrance is now £18 per adult. This includes the gardens and house. If the house is closed, tuff, it’s still £18.00. This seems to be a huge increase from previous years pay structure. And no concessions for OAP. Looking forward to my first cream tea.... Motorway service station is the best description. Dry scone - no idea how long it had been sitting in the fridge. Boring pot of jam. Where once a National Trust cream tea had been one of delight, it has now become at best meh. National Trust has become lazy and cheeseparing,

From free to now way overpriced - really?Shame on you BBC or whomever is purporting to the manager of this app. So much for looking after your community! It wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the fact that content is nowhere near worth subscribing to! Let alone at a premium rate?!

Review of google
"Congratulations, you are one of our top reviewers" Interesting. Although my reviews are always factual, dry, use no offending language, aren't obscene, do not use strong language and are on-topic, lately my critical reviews tend to be not posted. From Google's feedback: "We don't allow content that violates our policies for content that is off-topic, offensive, obscene, contains strong language, or promotes hatred."Would critical feedback that becomes strong and self-explanatory from the dry facts, possible be "offending" for Google's advertisement revenue? In all cases, sorry Google: until you post also critical reviews (given they do not offend anyone and the other common sense rules) : I'll no longer "contribute" to your revenue model.Sincere apologies.
