Because of Wayfair’s inaccuracies, they want me to pay a return fee.(Obviously I will dispute this with my cc and won’t be paying it). I’ve made purchases worth thousands of dollars, and now because of their error (with screenshots to prove it) and their refusal to credit me $34 in shipping, they have lost not only this $750 sale, but a client.Wayfair seems to be run by a bunch of kids who do not understand client satisfaction and have no desire at keeping their client base. With new platforms popping up almost daily, there are many other online shopping outlets to choose from. Wayfair may think they have “just what I need” - but so do many other places.

They didn't cancel my order and forced me to go through with it within minutes after I immediately. The customer service didn't acted like they were helping me, delayed the process, didn't mention any time deadlines and then refused to cancel saying it's already over time. I'm considering filing a lawsuit. People here I'll message you so you can sign with me. I have proof of the interaction over text.

My experience was great because on very short notice I was able to find a house sitter for my dogs and 2 cats, screen her in person, and book and pay on the app in a manner of minutes. I was very satisfied with the service I received. They really assisted me promptly and professionally. I would recommend Rover to anyone looking for a house sitter.

This is the 2nd time I lost my money as a customer. This time I bought a vinyl record and the seller sent me the wrong record. I wrote the seller 5 times and was ignored. The record I paid for was more expensive than the record I received. The 1st time I received a pair of shoes that was 1 and 1/2 sizes bigger than listed for $50. Mercari sided with the seller in my complaint. I knew the Mercari company would be unjust about the record issue because of my experience with the shoes. I read other customer reviews online and discovered this is how Mercari does business. Bad customer service. Sellers who cheat know they won't be held accountable. I stopped using their website as of today.

I am a seller on Etsy. Etsy has the worst customer service ever and they don't care neither for the buyers neither for the sellers. They have this motto of "keep commerce human" and it is almost humanely impossible to contact a human being on their help desk which keeps redirecting to Q&As which absolutely don't help at all. Their system is so bad a 3 year old can run this type of a site and its customer service so much better. Don't even bother with having an issue with your account you will see the boredom in their responses and they won't help and will blame your for everything. Not even their text message system (the six digit security code) for safely signing you in does not work. And of course, they will blame you for that too.I am in the process of closing my shop and terminating my account with Etsy. Stay away.

NOT HONOURABLE. Placed online order and signed up to receive 10% off price but it wouldn’t accept discount code. Uniglo customer service just said they cant give discount after order had been placed- what a load of rubbish - They should be reported to trading standards for not do what they claimed they would do!Will return this item now on principle.

I work with internet sales, I read all facebook guidelines so I don't have to go through unnecessary blocks, I advertise products within a total policy in favor of facebook, and even then I can't advertise with so much blockingI want to be able to work peacefully, I'm sure that if they review the analysis I've already asked, they'll release my ad pages.

I had wish I had looked at Trustpilot reviews before moving my initial website from GoDaddy to Squarespace because what is promoted as a simple platform to use has become ridiculous. I had used Squarespace previously and had no issues but this time has been a joke of an experience. After building a website with them in the trial period, ready to go live and after moving my domain to Squarespace, my payment failed multiple times. after multiple calls with my bank who authorised the payments I was still shown an error message and was told to wait 24 hours after the failed payment. it's been a week since I have had a website live and with being unable to contact Squarespace directly by not having phone number is nothing but irresponsible. Liaising with CS agents via live chat who couldn't really assist but point me in another direction. Liaising with cs agents via email is just as painful, even when my case was escalated I haven't had a response in days which again shows a lack of care and respect to their customers. Honestly, don't bother with Squarespace.

And mi fan.I sharing my bad experience with mi service center also sharing my work order to track this issue WXIN2103160009365I visited the service center 1 times to replaced the screen they rejected and informing me there is no issue in ur phone after I only showd the proof but engineer can't identify the issue , and it resolved ,Suddenly ones again I faced touchscreen issue with in 1day. This my 2nd visit, I informed there is issue with touchscreen they refused stating that no issue, I requested I show the proof of issue they told wait for the engineer they will check and inform you I waited 3 hr for engineer then finally engineer not came on of the ma'am who is inside in the service room she told we will check and replace the screen , with in 1 hr I got a message you phone is ready to collect, when I visited phone not fixed properly gum not inserted in the backcase cover like that only they giving to customer , when I argued they starting they voice to me .Ones again with in 5 days I faced same issue touchscreen , so this is my 3rd visit , I informed this are the issue I facing they saying about the proof in screen recording. I showed multiple times they not accepted , I requested and they told we check and if issue identify they replaced the touchscreen. And my phone still with them in service center still not given work order.1.* No proper help support from front desk.2. *Engineer are poor experience3. *No availability of engineer4. No satisfaction services5. No one authorised management to exculate the issue.6. *Miss behaviour with customer.7. *No token system in the desk.8. ***Ones phone in there custody they not given work order copy at all ***
