Have the same problem with everyone, cannot withdraw my payment at all, the money is in progress for a month. Slow response, and they just say they will forward the issue to the 'payments team' to get back to me, which I don't know how long that will take. Now I can't even see the payout button on the site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I wonder why no one report them for a scam company yet.Update: Finally got my payment transfered to payoneer after 3 MONTHS and weeks of no response from their customer service.

Thanet Council are useless. Once again they have failed to empty my mixed recycling bin. When I try to report it the website says it has been emptied and I can't report it! What do we pay a ridiculous amount of council tax for? Very little and poor services.

I’m an experienced Superhost on air b n b, listing my property on Vrbo has been an appalling experience !!! I asked 72 hours ago for a UK tax form to be sent to me so I could complete it for HMRC, the tax form they have sent me is for the US. I’ve just been told that this issue is not as simple as it would appear! Really!!!! I’m a UK resident not an American!!!! Surely not rocket science but it would appear it is 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Customer service non-existent! With air b n b , issues resolved with hours. Vrbo, 72 hours after issue, I’m still waiting!!Be wary of using vrbo as a host or guest!!! I’m removing my listing from this platform as they are so incompetent !!!!

After performing a longer search on this particular apartment, we found the original website and contacted the official owners directly on the apartment rental. They were sorry to inform us that their apartment was never for long-term rental as VRBO presented it to us.VRBO is a SCAM and do not engage with their company!

If you fill out a service ticket they will send you an email stating they’re sorry you’re thinking about canceling. Terrible ap and worse customer service. Waste of time and money. Don’t give these streaming apps your money until they get it figured out.

This company is a scam. The jobs listed are old or fake as you never get a response from the jobs you apply to. Tryingto get ahold of customer service or getting a refundis impossible. The site says they won’t charge me the $19.99 until after my background check passes but they immediately took the money out of my iTunes account . They made up information on my profile then don’t provide a way to edit that info. Their app is bogus. Do not give them info like SS#, bank accounts etc. total scammers. Very disappointed with care.com
