To be avoided.

After 2 phone calls I agreed to sign up for a trial 3 months.I run my own business, and I teach in 8 different venues in London and Kent, so I am not working from one location.I had reservations about this when considering joining up, but was assured that it would be okay. By the second phone call, and having again been assured that MindBody would work for me, in spite of teaching in various locations, I agreed to try it out.This was misinformation. It does NOT work for me, and they cannot accommodate more that one location without charging extra for the other locations.I wasted a lot of time and effort on this, and at the end of the day feel slightly swindled.They were mildly apologetic, with a great number of expressions thrown in about 'sharing' my experience with their employees, etc.

Customer service rep said they tried…

Customer service rep said they tried calling my phone twice, it went to voicemail in an email. And because of that they decided to close my ticket. Checked my phone records and nothing. I then tried to get in contact with their customer service, of course its outsourced to India. Whatever. I've had helpful outsourced Indian people help me out cool whatever, I was nice, explained my problem, gave them the ticket number. He said, in the most obvious way that was clearly just to try and get me off the phone (which at this point I just told him my ticket number) that a technician was trying to call me right this second. Yeah. Nope. So I try and push that he redirect me to the phone lines where I can make an appointment, he gave me the run around. Said they dont have that phone number (really? Really???) And that he'll call me back in 30 minutes to see if everything went fine. I knew he wouldn't call back but whatever I thanked him and hung up. Guess who never called.

Over Priced

I decided to use hulu + live TV when my husband and I decided enough was enough with getting ripped off by cable and satellite companies. We have been faithful hulu+ live TV for a few years. We have recently canceled our Hulu+Live TV due to the price increasing to 75.00 a month due to being forced to pay for Disney+ and ESPN being added to the package. I do not feel I should be forced to have channels I do not want. I know have streaming for 46.00 a month an choose my channels. I am not being forced to pay for channels I do not watch.

Review of wayfair

Wayfair Can’t Ship 2 Boxes at Once

Ordered a grill gazebo and it comes in two boxes. FedEx delivered box 2 of 2 on 01 June 24 but the 3rd graders at Wayfair haven’t shipped box 1 of 2 yet. I called the 2nd graders at Wayfair and was told there was nothing they could do since it was Saturday and to wait, possibly as long as 10 days. Wayfair has to be the worst vendor I have dealt with….avoid these folks.

Hacked by someone posing as family or friend

This company needs to consider that a person can be hacked and their entire page & information can be stolen by a person posing as a family member or friend asking for your phone number. Then by asking for the numbers that Facebook has sent via text message. The text message tells you NOTHING about not sharing it or where it came from. It's not until you get an email minutes later that you realize your account just got hacked. Then Facebook does not figure out you had a business page attached to your personal page and that page is out there to this date just sitting there to be misused. And it appears that this person still has possession of my page because every time I try to start a new page Facebook tells me I do not meet their community standards. This current Facebook format is just sad. What once was will never be again. Update June 27, 2025. June 13th, 2025 a different person used my Facebook page to post the very same car sale ad that the first person used in January of 2025 to try to scam my family & friends again. I ended up filing a complaint through the process required for us not allowed on FB to ask the powers that be in control of FB to remove my page from that platform because it was no longer being controlled by me, but by more than one impersonator. Even if FB allowed me to be on that platform again, no one would trust that it’s really me.

Won't let me change my password…

Won't let me change my password because, allegedly, I haven't had the account for long enough....err, 10 years not long enough? Impossible to close my account - after 3 hours of going round in circles, it's clear there is NO option for closing an account. Appalling!

Full of Nigerian scammers! (Edited)

I’ve used Fiverr for years and have never doubted its service. I recently purchased an app design for £1,800.00 (£688.00 ‘deposit). The designer ‘John’ who claimed to be from USA asked me to accept the initial design, which I did and use another profile for the build, because his ‘build’ team was across the country. I thought this was strange but marked the profile as completed, and proceeded to the ‘next stage’ using the other profile. To date I’ve received nothing. His profile has been closed down and Fiverr customer service said they can’t do anything because the ‘order was marked as complete’. I’ve noticed there are 5 or 6 other profiles all with the same name, the same area and similar logo who are STILL operating on the site, despite me bringing it to customer services attention. I don’t recommend Fiverr anymore, it’s been overrun and it seems Fiverr customer service support it!! ****UPDATE, they did refund me in the end but it took a lot of effort. I’m also now paranoid with every designer I choose.

Terrible Website

Brick-and-mortar locations? Sure, they're fine. But the BN website is one of the worst websites I've finagled with. To do anything, they have to send a verification code to my email. I am not "one click away" from ordering books. It takes 15-20 minutes for BN to send me the verification email with the code (or any emails, for that matter), by which time the verification field has expired and I can't type in the code they sent me anymore. I shouldn't need to put in a verification code to buy something anyways, that's ridiculous. In total, I probably spent an hour trying to get put in codes. I've moved on to other online services. The BN website needs to get it together.

AOL ok, until you wish to contact them

I ordered and had installed 4 days ago a new washer from AOL, who I had used once before, with no complaints. The washer was installed under my sink and seemed to be working OK until I noticed it was vibrating and noisy when on spin. The manual says that this could be caused because transit screws have not been removed or the floor is uneven. I am unable to check, as, even if I can move it (I'm 76) I would not be able to hold it up and inspect it. I wanted AOL to come and have a look but then discovered they no longer deal with phone enquiries and their website only gives you the choices of query listed or contact the manufacturers. From another site I was to be 'connected' to AOL but cut off after 25 mins. Now I read reviews that their service is so poor on everything, and I can do nothing about my problem, I am stuck, as I am paying for the machine through their finance company and therefore cannot and don't know how to return it. Good eh?

If I could give this email service a 0 or - I would. Honestly I'm sure the service works fine....when the site decides to finally open after trying to load the site to sign in 6 times from 3 different computers. Most days it just never opens. It's 2018 and most days I can't even access my EMAIL from a laptop or computer. They had this figured out 20 years ago how is it that they've managed to screw it up this badly that on the third day I haven't been able to open the webpage to access my email account. I am so mad off I'm taking time to give this email a terrible review. I shouldn't have to spend 3 hours of trouble shooting to open a website.

I've had multiple problems with…

I've had multiple problems with Hotels.com Customer service team over the last few years. They are absolutely disgraceful. Lie repeatedly and have no intention of helping with issues when you have them.In August 2024 I was promised their 'specialist team' would contact me within 48 hours. I'm still to this day waiting and every time I try to contact them they simply ignore me.All I would like to know is why the following happened I booked and paid for accommodation. The hotel messaged me directly demanding I pay them more money for some reason. Before I could respond Hotels.com send me an email saying I had cancelled the booking. When I hadn't. They then told me. The hotel was closing for refurbishment!!!! Why would I be contacted with demands for more money then.I truly hope Hotels.com go out of business because they couldn't give a monkeys about their customers.
