I have flown Emirates a lot of times; however, on the last three flights I was on, my TV screen did not work - on the way back from South Africa - I told a flight hostess that my screen wasn't working most of the flight, and she said them was nothing they could do - OK - so I brought wifi to get on to do some university work. I brought it for the whole flight and could only use it for about 2 hours out of an 8-hour flight. When I mentioned this, the lady told me I would have to sort it out when I got off. I used to like this flight and want to stay loyal due to my flight miles, but I have been looking at other airlines recently.

I have never in my life seen a company that only lets you link 1 account in its lifetime. I have had my EA account for years. I had unlinked an Xbox account which I stopped using a decade ago. Now I want to link my current Xbox account and I can't because I unlinked an account which I don't ever using with anything EA it was that long ago. End result. I just avoid anything EA because I can't be bothered to make an account that I can link to my Xbox. Pro tip, make your company have as little barriers as possible. Every complication you create is another point for the user to not bother using your service. Most people are not patient enough to deal with rubbish, they will just move on. And in all fairness, EA isn't the king of anything anymore.

We created an account start of Januari 2024. Our account has been permantly disabled in Februari but after permantly disabling our account they kept charging our credit card for over 1 year. When we asked them to refun the non supported month they had a plain answer that they dont provide refunds. Even if our account was permantly disabled for months...Payment deducted from our account was done by an other name then our main name Brevo very clever to prevent people from canceling subscriptions

WORST EVER!! Tech has been out 4 times, problem not fixed. Tech called today and said his supervisor told him not to do anything, that they could not fix the problem with my fixed wireless internet. That's it, no remedy, no option...nothing! Canceled my account. Been without internet service for 3 weeks, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Will never do business with them again.

When I started the process, I said to my mom, "this is so user friendly. I will recommend this to people." However, we have now run into some major issues with the product and have contacted the company via the online form twice and cannot get a response. I wish there was a phone number to call for customer support. I do not recommend them.I'm updating my review. I got a call from an Animoto rep and was pleased with the outcome/solution he helped us to achieve. I would now recommend them. The product is, indeed, user-friendly. Thank you for your help!

The ICO cannot do anything and is an organization with limited powers. The public may not have rights to retrieve CCTV information through the ICO. Additionally, when my bank refused a SARs request, the ICO provided me with some information, although it was not very helpful. It seems that their main focus is on collecting money rather than taking action. It may be best to ignore them, as they do not have legal powers or seem to be effective in their purpose. They may be considered an organization of limited usefulness.

Paid for an annual subscription just to be told that I don't have a subscription one month later. After taxes that's $68 down the drain. Tried calling customer service and was on the phone for three hours with five representatives. Basically they tell you to F off is they don't know how to solve your problem. Which I doubt they can solve anything because all five of them were clueless. I was told to try calling amazon which made no sense because the problem is with me ESPN+ subscription. Then was told I would receive an email from them in thirty minutes which never came. Then after three hours I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would be put on a waiting list and called back which never happened.

I wanted to cancel my subscription but without any prompting they offered me a "pause" option where I would no longer have to pay the monthly subscription until I needed the service again and could start it up again when I needed it.This sounded like the idea option until they started requesting payments from my bank account.I tried to contact them on their chat but as soon as I said it was for an account deletion cancellation they put me on hold and left me there ignoring any further messages, I tried to contact them on Twitter but all the replies to other people contact them on twitter Chegg Help directs them to Chegg contact us portal which is the very chat portal where they are ignoring me.Easy to sign up but nearly impossible to leave It would have been zero stars if that had been an option

I love the fact that I can have my direct deposit, savings with 4% interest (must ACH deposit at least 300$ a month), and investing, crypto, pay friends and services, and even use special offers and likely other things I haven’t done yet. It’s a one stop shop for money making, spending, saving, and growing.
