I’ve been using GetResponse for just over a year now to run my affiliate email list and funnels, and honestly, I’m really happy with it.I have used ConvertKit and Mailchimp in the past and while both had its pros and cons, GetResponse has been the easiest for just getting things done. The automation builder is actually smooth to work with, and I’ve been able to set up full campaigns, landing pages, and product email sequences without needing five different tools.Their support has been better than I expected. I had one issue where an email trigger wasn’t firing properly, and someone from their team not only fixed it, but followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. That left a good impression on me.I’ve seen people mention that their Google Ads integration is limited. That’s true if you’re doing heavy paid ad campaigns, but for my affiliate funnels and email-focused promos, it hasn’t been an issue at all.If I could give one tip, it would be to stick with the monthly or annual plan unless you’re absolutely sure about the long term. I read some reviews about unexpected renewals on the longer plans, but personally I’ve had no billing issues. Everything’s been upfront.If you’re in affiliate marketing and need something reliable that scales with your list, I’d definitely say give GetResponse a try. It’s been working really well for me.

I created an account and set up an ad campaign. In the end, I couldn't launch it because I wasn’t able to add a new phone number. I tried three different numbers — no SMS messages came through, and I didn’t receive any calls.Then I tried to recover my old account. I managed to restore it and set up the ads again — and they blocked it. I was denied the ability to create a new account.They’re so obsessed with their "security" that even the slightest move seems suspicious to them. Whoever built Ads Manager clearly has a special place in hell. Only Zuckerberg himself knows how to actually verify a phone number. Support doesn’t respond at all.

Emirates flights are okay, although the quality of the food and the attitude of the cabin crew has deteriorated markedly in the three years since I have regularly flown with them (about 6 flights a year).What has always been terrible and has gotten much, much worse in the same time period is the online booking and inevitable customer support follow-up. Emirates webpage is awful and frustrating to use. Just now, I tried to book from Karachi to UK and back again. I entered all my information waited 5 minutes for payment options, got sent backwards for no obvious reason, finally paid and was then informed by the page and via email that I had not been ticketed. Customer support on the phone in Pakistan told me my payment had been refused. I made another identical booking. Guess what? They charged me for both.I won't bore you with the details, but as of now I have been charged twice and had my time wasted on two webchats, totaling 90 minutes. The representative for the second webchat was truly awful. With their unfriendly, unaccountable and hostile attitude, they should not be in a customer facing role.

Chegg is HORRIBLE. I would say you have a 50/50 chance of finding anything related to what you're working on. Then it's a 50/50 chance that the answer is explained and correct, most of the time it's just an answer without explanation. Then it's another 50/50 chance that you can read what is being done. THEN when you're so fed up with everything and you cancel, they charge you again and won't issue a refund. I really don't like this service. I will make sure everyone knows.

I think Agoda using AI customer service agent is a great disservice to loyal customer. I asked for a date change for my hotel which I booked through Agoda.com. I received an email from Agoda customer service saying the hotel did not approve the date change. So I called the hotel and the front desk told me they can change the date, they only need an email from Agoda customer service to tell them to proceed with the change. Hence I wrote an email to Agoda again, and I got exactly the same reply from another customer service agent. And I gave this feedback to Agoda via a feedback form but am not sure this feedback will go to the management. I just to warn anyone who is not certain that they may want to change the check in date, my suggestion is to book the room via the hotel booking system in the website, or call the hotel directly to book a room.

I intended to cancel my subscription as I was only read the paper on the app a few times a week and the cost was too high per month to justify it.The phone call was answered straight away and I was offered a better subscription cost which I accepted. Cancelling would not have been a problem if I didn’t accept the better offer.

My reviews on Trustpilot are overwhelmingly positive, but this is one of the few that are not. As with many previous reviewers we have just cancelled our membership. We did so with a heavy heart as we have always appreciated the Trust's work and enjoyed the visits we have made. But it is no longer doing what it was created to do - namely to protect the nation's heritage - and instead has decided to join the nation's new obsession of self-flagellation. If one day it wakes up and realises that the ever increasing woke agenda only appeals to a tiny minority then perhaps I'll renew my membership. I always look for companies that respond and sometimes try to deal with poor reviews they receive, but I notice that the Trust has failed to respond here. Make of that what you will.
