My wife and I would like to thank Justin, in the Katy TX store, for helping us with our purchase of a Roland keyboard on 11-23. The store was very busy but he checked on us during our shopping and checkout process. Luckily there was entertainment provided by a couple of talented customers that were outstanding players.

The customer experience at Disney has been destroyed by excessive charges, fees, lack of empathy for consumers and unnecessary policies. I've been a customer for 25 years and it always felt like prices were fair and predictable and you had a great, organized vacation. These days not only are ticket prices astronomical for the average middle class family, but they eliminated the free fast pass system that improved the parks so the park flow was organized with the disastrous, cash grab "genie" system that makes all standby times anyone's guess as they are usually inaccurate making navigating the park impossible without paying an additional fee per person. Dining prices are now 70/person the price of 5 star dining for a character buffet meal. No average family can afford to pay close to 300-400 per meal while already paying meals on vacation. The budget for a Disney vacation is now as high as probably going to an exotic holiday. On top of that the chaos in the parks makes employees unhappy who are working so hard. Take care of your employees and customers. Listen to your loyal customers and give them a better experience or we will make new traditions. Magic is in the experience and that's been ruined by overcharging and underdelivering

My hotel was missing amenities and dirty I then requested a refund and when I returned all my personal items had been removed from my room without my consent. When attempting to request a refund I was told by booking.com I would need the hotels permission (who were already very unprofessional and unbothered) to receive a refund. This started a few days of back and forth calls until I was told by booking.com and there customer help line that I would receive a refund in 7 to 12 days. This is now day 12 and I have not received a refund and when I called them to check we are back to square one with them basically asking me to beg the rude hotel staff to receive my refund, not what I expected from a large scale company and no real care for paying customers and there welfare.

Absolute waste of time especially if the organisation is government run. I had two situations in one a data breach by South Yorkshire Police which they had to admit prior to my case being concluded. However when I got my response from the ICO they confirmed the data breach but then said they were satisfied with the investigation. When I asked the ICO if the breach was reported to them the answer I got was “I don’t know” I asked how you can be satisfied if you don’t even know if they followed your own guidelines set out clearly on your own website. I asked for this to confirmed and instead I got an email stating they could not find evidence of the breach being reported and some breaches don’t need reporting however this one definitely did according to ICO guidelines. Very poor and disappointing experience. The second was against the London Fire Brigade I submitted a SAR and it was backed using the third party exemption which is fine. When I asked for the process to allow the willing and capable third party to give their consent I never was provided with the process to facilitate the consent and therefore did not get my SAR. As the DPA 2018 clearly states “There is an exemption in the DPA 2018 that says you do not have to comply with a SAR, if doing so means disclosing information which identifies another individual, except where:the other individual has consented to the disclosure;”I knew this was not correct so I took it to the ICO. What a waste of time they actually answered a whole different question and when I requested a review they answered a totally different question yet again I have since had to take this to the PHSO as a complaint. All I will say is do your own research seek legal advice as GDPR and DPA2018 have set firm rules that have to be followed and do carry legal ramifications. The ICO is literally a glorified opinion especially when dealing with government agencies they no longer give monetary fines to therefore they are toothless and a waste of time.

Signed up a couple of years ago for a relatively short period. Easy to sign up, but not easy to cancel, you have to call them.Even though I’d like a new subscription it won’t be happening until they allow customers to cancel online rather than having to call up. They’re losing money with this as it puts people off.
