As others have said, this site is a massive bait-and-switch. They immediately "upgrade" you to a Coursera Pro account for "free" which is supposed to include the certificate, then when you finally finish the course, they suddenly force you to pay $60 to download the certificate at the last minute. What a scamIf you want to pay your way to fake PDF certificates, go for it I guess.

I have no subscriptions or purchases, yet I am being charged $78 per month. I cannot get a contact email, name, or number to complain. As for chat, I was told they do not have a record of my account. I am charged $39 on Paypal and $39 on Citibank.

It won’t let you leave a zero star review. That is what I would give it. I bought it during the last week of pre-season and it was being advertised as being able to watch your favorite team all season long whether in or out of network. Out of 8 regular season games I have only been able to watch 2. Totally annoyed and upset about my purchase and will not be wasting my money next season.

A delivery scheduled for June 3 still hasn’t reached me as of June 9. FedEx claims attempts were made on June 5 and June 9, but I work right behind the front door and have a door camera—no one ever came. There’s no photo evidence or door tag because the driver never showed up. I’ve contacted FedEx customer service multiple times, but they just repeat that two attempts were made. The shipper says the same. I’ve filed a complaint, and it’s under “research,” but there’s been no progress. I even adjusted my work-from-home schedule all last week waiting for this package, but I can’t keep doing that. Every day FedEx marks it “out for delivery,” only to later claim an attempt was made—with zero proof. I need help that is timely. Spent over 120 mins with customer care explaining the situation. They come back repeating the two sentences that delivery attempts were made.

This site is a joke. Had to pay $40 to contact a house cleaner and, when I finally got "approved", I received NO responses form any I contacted. I think it is all run by computers because CHAT will not get me to a real person. I think it is a scam and am going to contact my credit card compnay and BBB.
