I have shopped with VS for 30 years. I recently switched to online billing in March. I received my last hard copy that month and paid in full. During that change, I made a small purchase. I truly didn't remember and NEVER received an invoice. Two months pass and Chase notifies me of my credit score dropping due to a late payment. What? I never have late payments.I contacted Comenity Bank and told them my dilemma. They blew me off. They did not care what I had to say. They could review my account and see how I purchased and paid my bill when I received a hard copy and that something may be wrong with my emails. In fact, they responded through my credit account and stated that I was notified of their response through my email. I NEVER RECEIVED THAT EITHER! Worst credit company ever! I can live without VS but they can't survive without customers like me! Good Luck!

I recently decided to give Shopify a try for my online store, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. Additionally, the available apps and plugins often came with hefty price tags, making it feel like I was being nickel-and-dimed for essential features that should have been included.But the real breaking point was the customer support—or rather, the lack thereof. Whenever I encountered an issue, the responses from Shopify's support team were slow and often generic, failing to address my specific concerns. It was clear that they were more interested in selling additional services than in actually helping me resolve my problems.To top it off, the pricing structure was far from transparent. Hidden fees and unexpected charges seemed to pop up every month, making it impossible to accurately budget for my business. It felt like Shopify was trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me without providing the value they promised.In the end, my experience with Shopify was a frustrating and disappointing one. I had hoped for a user-friendly platform that would empower my online store, but instead, I found myself bogged down by technical limitations, poor support, and a pricing model that left me feeling cheated. I'll be looking for alternative e-commerce solutions that actually deliver on their promises.

They're on a steady decline, I've been short changed on refunds twice now. And to get my money back I had to go through their appalling customer service, very slow and very reluctant to let you speak to an actual human. Don't even get me started on the cringy pronouns. Won't be shopping here again.

I am only giving this review 2 because of the Boston crew flying out of Dallas acknowledged my birthday and gave me a treat. But everything else Delta went downhill. In Atlanta our flight was delayed, no explanation. Being proactive, I told the gate person that I was in zone 8 and couldn't check my bag because I would be late for my cruise check in. He didn't care, checked my bag anyway. When we arrived in Palm Beach, I was too late to board the cruise, so I missed the cruise.Then having to get hotel and car to get around Palm Beach because there were no affordable flights back home.Get to the airport to return home, again flight delayed, missed connecting flight. 7pm home arrival turned into 1am. This was the worst birthday trip ever.

Terribly mis sold, lots of promises and then you find the platform just does not work. Signed up for 3 years, and regret every minute of it. Meant to have a success manager, paid for, yet not to be seen ever. All they do is email you with more useless apps to add on, when they should be providing facilities themselves. Integration with other platforms next to useless. They claim seamless integration with market places, then you have to buy another app to do it . At huge cost and with poor performance. I regret not deciding for shopify, and will seek legal advice on how to get away from BC.
