A delivery scheduled for June 3 still hasn’t reached me as of June 9. FedEx claims attempts were made on June 5 and June 9, but I work right behind the front door and have a door camera—no one ever came. There’s no photo evidence or door tag because the driver never showed up. I’ve contacted FedEx customer service multiple times, but they just repeat that two attempts were made. The shipper says the same. I’ve filed a complaint, and it’s under “research,” but there’s been no progress. I even adjusted my work-from-home schedule all last week waiting for this package, but I can’t keep doing that.
