I have contacted support several times and they are of no help. them blocked deposit and withdraw. How to trade.??? I think it's time to find another serious platform. Regards, Frank

Do not do business with Abe Books

Do not do business with Abe Books. If you order a book, they will send you a random 99c book from some cut-out bin, but charge you for the book you ordered. (In my case, $25 plus shipping). Their system is an endless cycle of web-based HTML forms (no actual address or phone number), and they respond to any communication with random, prewritten form Emails which in no way address anything. Then you have to pay to send the random 99c book back ($13.00 postage, in my case) and prove they got their own book back, by Emailing them the Proof of Delivery, Signature, and Tracking Number. If you make it that far (takes about 10-12 Emails), they simply ignore you after that. They basically do whatever they want, and hide behind the internet when it's time to take responsibility for their own fraud.UPDATE: Now they're pretending they never got the Proof of Delivery & Signature Confirmation that I sent them twice. A week ago.10/5/21 Still pretending they never got Proof of Delivery, no matter how many times I Email it. It's gotten to the point where this is a blatant and obvious avoidance technique which is a deliberate attempt to avoid resolving this, by any means possible.

Having been a dedicated Asus fas for years…

Having been a dedicated Asus fan for almost 20 years. Have owned 4 Asus laptops, number of Asus nVidia Graphics card, motherboards, LCDs and always keen to recommend the brand or products to fiends and anyone seeking advice on PC peripherals I feel I had been let down on this occasion. When my current ROG started playing up after 7 years of service (with RAM and HDD upgrades) I decided to get a new TUF A15 series directly form the Asus commerce last week. And all went fine until I get a striped down version delivered and nothing that I expected. Over years and each Asus laptop HAS ALWAYS arrived with bunch of peripherals (mouse, mat, headphones) and a decent backpack which in my opinion had been a massive advantage and gave Asus the edge over competition. BUT NOT this time, plain box and adapter - that's all! And it felt rather poor and far below any expected excitement for my hard earn cash spent with Asus. The CS was very unhelpful and sounded somehow happy to turn me down.This is all in spite a tech department which I reached out to over the phone first confirm the system indicated the laptop was bundled! It was NOT what I had expected AT ALL. It looks to me I will be shopping somewhere else for my Laptops and PCs accessories next time around. It truly sucks!

Worst customer service experience

I have never opened a store or used Shopify and I never will. My email was used to open a store without my knowledge. After spending almost 3 hours trying to get through their incredibly frustrating automated chat to talk to a real human, I was told that they would send my request to delete this hacked account to a different department. It has been over 2 days and I have heard nothing. This company has the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. I don't even understand it. Someone fraudulently made a store with my email, added banking information, Payment information, and added a two factor authentication code so that I can't log in, and their response is "yeah we can't freeze or delete that account". I hate that I even was made known of this crappy company.

You Are Paying For The Privilege to be Disappointed

I started to buy things from Mercari about 5 years ago. Mostly clothes and accessories. At that time they seemed much cheaper than other resale websites. Yes, you could get bad, dirty junk smelling musty, covered in fabric refresher. It was pennies. Oh, well.These days it is the same badly photographed dirty junk, but much more expensive. You are paying for the privilege to see and handle the old smelly purse, wrong size shoes and clothes, used eye shadows, weird colors. You are paying for your disappointment. The customer service is non-existing. You get bullied by some sellers. Returns are not worth it, especially if you hold a full time job.So, what happened to me today to write this? Another 50 dollar mistake. Item labelled as good. Arrived worn out, dirty and smelly. Item destroyed. Account closed. Thank you for reading this.

FRAUD ALERT!!!MY ACCOUNT WAS CHANGED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, VIA ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT WITH NO VERIFICATION OF WHO WAS USING THE ACCOUNT AND WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME THAT THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CHANGED. I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN MY DEPOSITS WEREN'T SHOWING UP IN MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE AND HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED SO MANY TIMES IT MAKES MY HEAD SPIN. Schedule appointment to set up machine never happened try to call they put you on hold if you call at 4:30 they wait until 5:00 and then cancel your call never hook the system up still charging me after numerous emails when you call the helpline they put you on hold or they simply cannot speak English I would never invest in this company over by their equipment

My sales rep CHRIS GHERALDI has single handedly done every bait and switch tactic he possibly could. This company has taken no steps to resolve all of the things I was promised and on top of that has made me pay even more just to get my system running by the time I opened even though I signed with them months before in preparation for opening. Absolute SCAM stay far away and especially if you are in NJ or surrounding areas request a different rep than CHRIS GHERALDI. Ghosted me after opening and making me pay $3000 when payment wasn’t due for another 45 days under duress. Will be filing lawsuit if no action taken
