Within 30 days they have managed to not deliver 2 iphone 14s to me. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for delivery. Delivery drivers are rude and do not turn up the allocated time when they are meant to be delivered. Very rude staff on the internet too if you complain as they really do not care about your loss of time waiting all day in for a parcel that is not going to arrive. Today the 2.1.25 I got my delivery cancelled again by the delivery driver. I will cancel my prime membership based on todays experience and the next time I buy gifts they will not be bought from this company. I have spent an awful lot of money the past 2 months shopping from amazon but I will not be shopping from it anymore since they are rude and do not respect you as a customer at all ..

I've had McAfee for a couple years now, but the glitches just keep getting worse. It's such low level performance for such a high profile security company. I just received my 13th weekly email telling me they are still working on fixing the issue with TrueKey (their password manager) that hasn't worked for the last 4 months. How can it take so long to repair their own product. I'm very disappointed.

I've ordered from UO several times and it all seems to start out great then slowly go downhill, as if the more you buy from them the less they value you as a customer. My first few orders were smooth experiences, receiving exactly what I ordered within 1-3 days of purchasing, until recently. Refunds are a 50/50 chance, if they cancel an item you'll never be refunded! ALWAYS pay through PayPal, you'll have more of a fighting chance to get your money back! Most things on their site are veryyyy overpriced and incredibly low quality. Certain items will always be on sale like their duvet sets are always 'marked down' from £50 to £40 while quality wise they feel like something that really wouldn't be worth more than £10 maybe £15 max. I usually don't buy more than staple items and some glass wear from their site so I can't comment on the quality of most items. My most recent order I was sent an item completely different and unrelated to what I'd ordered. I'm suspecting the site glitched and allowed me to order an out of stock item so they sent me something of 'similar value'. Not sure how an ugly, paper thin mini skirt that looks like something you'd buy from aliexpress for £3 can be sent as a replacement for a pair of £60 jeans?? Anyway, I'm still waiting on a reply from customer service!

Fed Ex is the WORST !!!! They tell you a window of delivery - you take off from work - THEN THEY DON'T SHOW UP !!! You check and check all day - then the website says before 8:00 pm. You call them and they you it will be the next day. Suppose to be 2 day delivery - Now it is DAY 4. Won't give a time - THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU AND BLOCK YOUR NUMBER SO YOU CAN'T CALL BACK>>>
