Review of cnet
When did CNET turn into this garbage click bait company? I used to visit pretty often for reviews, and they'd always felt honest and reputable. Just got done reading an "article" that had a misleading title and multiple *see how below" blurbs, only to get to the end (after about 20 ads of course), and have the answer be. "You can't do that". You don't name an article "how to do this" and then repeatedly say "we'll show you how to do this below" over and over just to say "oh yeah btw you can't do that" at the end. What hot garbage, literally on par with the (try this one trick they don't want you to know) articles, bye integrity I guess, won't be visiting again.
Review of avast
I have used Avast for about 10 years, each year it improves hopefully staying one step ahead of scammers. I have it on my tablet, ,laptop and mobile phone, its boring I know but it works away quietly and I have not had a single occasion in all that time, that has given me cause for concern. by the amount of spam emails it dumps for me, the scammers are trying absolutely everything, I just trust Avast and its never let me down, not cheap but a quality product, how much is your privacy and finances worth protecting. I recommend in a heartbeat. Roger Warren

Review of twilio
The customer support at Twilio has been absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. They continually shut down our account and numbers, claiming that fraudulent behavior has been detected (not from us, but from people trying to log into our account). When we reach out for more details they go days and days without responding to our tickets. We staked too much of our core business functionality on Twilio. We are currently looking to replace them with other options. I will absolutely never use them again.
Review of tiktok
This is a Chinese and potentially Russian propaganda machine. I post comments replying to literal pro-Russian bots with AI generated images such as "clown bot" and these get removed almost instantly for breaking TOS. Meanwhile the bots are perfectly fine to accuse western leaders of being war criminals and scumbags are fine to throw objects at people's heads for content. Every single blatantly scummy behaviour or comments I report are supposedly not breaking TOS but every mildly critical comment of the most insane disinformation I make is removed instantly. In addition, it is absolutely rammed full with AI generated and fascist bot slop and it constantly pushes this content to me, in fact it is almost the only content it pushes to me. It is common to see romance scam bots replying to Russian bots and This app needs to be banned.

Review of lg
Don't buy LG Gram 16Z90P, it's crap with bad viddeo and worst battery. I bought it in January 2022. It was cheaper in bundle with a monitor. I bought it for the excellent specs in video and the generous battery.1) the last row on the bottom is only half visible2) the battery lasts less than 3 hours even while I used always the max 80% loading to preserve the battery. That against the minimal duration advertised of more than seven hours. It's now around one month I fight through their support (only online, no direct emails available. They tell me the battery is working while I'm using the pc. Nice, isn't it?About the video they just try to push back with bringing it to a repair centre but they mostly just send it to LG in Milan. For more than 1150€ it's the worst purchase in years!

Absolutely shocking company. Emailed them numerous occasions to advise them mileage tracker isn't working and no response. Found out on trust pilot that they've removed that tool but never thought to tell customers. I've never experienced such terrible customer care. I've cancelled my subscription now. Let's see if they continue to take money!
Review of expedia
Awful Experience – Be Careful with ExpediaWe booked a hotel through Expedia, but when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking. It was a Saturday night, and we were left without a room. We had to search last-minute for another hotel, which was very difficult and stressful.Trying to get a refund was just as bad. When we called Expedia, the agents kept pretending they couldn’t hear us. We had to call back several times, and the same thing kept happening. It felt like they were doing it on purpose to avoid helping us.In the end, we had a horrible night full of stress, trying to find a place to sleep and get our money back. We nearly had to sleep in the car.I do not recommend using Expedia to book hotels. The risk is simply not worth it.

Review of ebay
Your money is not safe with this company. And it is a little scam going on between eBay and PayPal, so don't expect ANY help from PayPal either. You cannot even open an issue in PayPal; it tells you to go to eBay.Ordered a product and paid for it. Somehow, a completely wrong luckily nonexistent address what put on the order. I have so far failed to update the address and only told to wait, wait and wait. Thx eBay, never again. item/order 201612890486
Review of ancestry
I purchased the $39 Ancestry kit that they offered around Black Friday &Cyber Monday. They didn’t ask much, just started with my middle name that I used to purchase the kit, and got really strange results. I gave them my first name to search with and they couldn’t even locate me!!! All kinds a various similar names with different spellings, but not ONE SINGLE MENTION OF MY CORRECT NAME BEING EVEN DISCOVERED. I’m 54 years old and have lived around the world literally!! Strange how I can’t be located AT ALL!!!This is a SCAM!! If it weren’t, they would’ve known that my mother’s family came from Germany, however, Ancestry can’t find anything remotely about that! And to make matters worse, two days ago they charged my credit card $99.95 even though my account was CLOSED AND DELETED LAST YEAR!!! I would stay away from this!!!!!!

Review of xbox
I tried to contact Xbox regarding an issue where the controller was not working correctly - it isn't pausing DVDs. I already looked through their help resources and went through their troubleshooting guides. They straight up refused to let me contact anyone. "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue."How the heck is it legal for them to simply refuse to provide customer support for their products?
