Scribd is a non ethical busines in a sense, they dont answer emails, phones, and doesn't issue refunds when subscription was never used and canceled and scribd lies, paypal has asked to resolve and seller is able to refund but scribd never refunds, has never answered emails before opening a dispute after a month, and stop emailing when i inform them about their ethical responsibilites, because scribd like to be "not ethical" and doesnt care about their customer services and support, phone support isnt available, emails are not answered, lie about not able to refund, customers who has not been refunded should file "law suit" with their states and inform their local senators about this online business named scribd, i have documented their emails and it shows how they dont answer emails for months and only answer after disputes or complaints are filed, lies and lies

This company has a lot to learn

This company has a lot to learn. Their website is awful. On 2 separate occasions two people in our household attempted to purchase a Rift. Both times, the credit cards were initially declined until we could verify with the credit card company that the purchases were not fraudulent. That's fine and expected. The problem was, BOTH times, the orders were put on hold & we weren't able to notify them to go ahead and process the order. We weren't able to reply to their order status email because the address didn't accept emails. There's no phone number to call. We tried updating the payment info on the order page, but the page just sat there spinning its wheels. We even tried cancelling the order and then reordering. For a tech company, their website stinks. Why is it so hard to purchase their product? And why is it so difficult to get ahold of customer support?

I get spam e-mails from bot MEGA.NZ accounts a minimum of 5-6 times a week, despite never having dealt with or signed up to them. I have tried to block them in every possible way but I still get them, advertising viagra, cialis and all other kinds of medication.

New OneKey is going to kill Hotel.com

We book around 200 rooms per year through Hotels.com rather than using other booking platforms, WHY?? Because their loyalty reward scheme was great, book 10 rooms, get a room free!! So in effect a 10% loyalty reward that can be used for either business or personal booking, happy days!!However their newly introduced One Key Reward system has totally killed this off and now only attracts a 2% loyalty reward, this also applies to any rooms coming up that have been booked prior to the change over to OneKey and were booked in good faith expecting a 10% reward. We have 57 upcoming bookings outstanding that will now only get a 2% loyalty reward, in effect costing us around £500.00 in lost rewards.In effect going through Hotels.com rather than through booking.com is now not worth it. We are also "Genuis" bookers on booking.com so will now be using them a lot more in the future.

Great golf-devices, very good customer service

I play golf, during 4 years I've had 2 sportwatches, rangefinder and clubsensors. Love the customer service, only a phonecall away and in my language. The're calm and friendly and have a good knowledge of technical details. Never failed to solve a problem, even when solution at a distance not possible is. My next will definitely be Garmin again!

Locked out of Account 3 times -

I have been with LastPass for a number of years and they were very good for the most part. But in the last couple of years, they have been ridduclously bad. I have been locked out of my account 3 times and unable to access any of my passwords. The latest was this week where I was locked out for 3 days. Since the last time I was locked out I have been using my Google saved passwords, but the time has come for me to find an alternative to LastPass and leave this substandard service for good.

Capital one is a joke….they will hold…

Capital one is a joke….they will hold your payment and have to verify with your bank to release the fund to your account…..and they been in business for awhile they need to update their payment options….credit one have the instant pay option where you pay and it will be in your account right away….and the pplz that work there are dumb and stupid….they hire out of country pplz to work because it cheap pay scale for them then hiring pplz in the USA….capital one is a joke and a mistake….they just need to close done and go out of business….
