The act of donating to the project was fine and smooth, no issues. I didn't expect to have my email account blasted with other campaigns by the same producers. Not all campaigns have done this but it has made me decide to avoid this particular producer in the future as they did pre - during and post campaigns with mixed signals for goals. I'd appreciate a more honest target for the fund raising and not to be auto blasted for future projects (one or two emails would have been fine)

Absolutely the Worst Shipping Company – Avoid at All CostsFedEx is by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is practically non-existent — it’s like talking to a brick wall. If your package gets delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address (which happens often), don’t expect any real help. You’ll just get scripted responses, endless transfers, or worse, a chatbot that loops you into nowhere.They make delivery promises they can’t keep, tracking is vague or outright inaccurate, and if you try to contact them for help, good luck — you’ll need the patience of a saint. I’ve had packages sit in the same location for days with zero updates, drivers who lie about delivery attempts, and no accountability from anyone at FedEx.I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Spend your money elsewhere — UPS, USPS, DHL, literally anyone else is better.

Worst company ever.. I have only ordered twice and both times I did not get what I purchased, when I order it is always out of stock then WHY IS IT ON THE SITE??? Will never order again and will let anyone and everyone know how they treat people!!!

No resolution.

I purchased the Groupon on June 12th and somehow it was marked redeemed when I called to make my appointment. After 3 attempts to solve the iss we I was sent a link to get a refund. After clicking the link, it said my Groupon was not eligible! I don't know what else to do?

Good luck if things go wrong

I've ordered three things from the GoPro store in the past week. Two have arrived without issue. The third is in limbo. Promises of being contacted by departments never appear, getting support is like trying to draw blood from a stone. I'm just counting down the days til I can issue a chargeback on my credit card.

Ship station is the worst

Ship station is the worst. A company that I buy from 'amazing botanical ' uses this service.rveryime I see that my items were shipped using shitstation my package is LATE. No exaggerating....and usually when I search the tracking it never moves according to USPS. This is using priority USPS also. Search 5 days ...no movement while ship station has their fingers in it. If it's just USPS I can follow and track perfect. I hate it when I see ship station has anything to do with my package. Make no sense.

The worst customer service ever - banned the account without any reasons

The worst customer service ever. They don't try to help with issues and only ban the account. I have written to support for 3 weeks and they banned my account for NO reason at all. It was the very old account and kept mane useful info for me. But still very disappointed. Wishing them to improve their customer service.

I love linktree!

I love linktree!It has a good amount of free features that all work well and aren't covered in adds and branding. It doesn't push premium too hard, which makes me actually want to acquire premium when I have the money. The premium features are extremely attractive. I love that I can have all of my links in one place, as an artist who works in many different ways this is super helpful. Just all in all one of the best things I've used. Love linktree, I recommend it to everyone.

They STEAL money out your account!!!

Customer service doesn’t help your issue. And they STEAL money out our account. If you need to cancel do it before the monthly days end or you won’t be able to get a refund. I didn’t cancel 1 DAY later after I realized my 30 days was up and they didn’t want to give me a refund. Had to pay 30 days of service for something I did not use. I don’t even see an option to take my card off.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience…

I have had a TERRIBLE experience working with them. If you are not a photographer this is not the site for you and DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! You will not get your money's worth. I have asked them over and over to cancel the contract and they refused. I already don't make a ton on weddings and to have booked so few weddings is ridiculous for the amount you pay monthly! I would give them zero stars if I could!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Too long a story to really explain but basically they lost my partners's email never to be recovered due to their incompetence. They wasted untold hours of my time trying to sort it. Utterly useless. Arguably the worst customer service I've ever encountered. And when they were too busy they just turn off live chat, they don't have a phone number, and ignore e-mails. And so they take your money, screw you over and you have no way to contact them.
