This company has a lot to learn. Their website is awful. On 2 separate occasions two people in our household attempted to purchase a Rift. Both times, the credit cards were initially declined until we could verify with the credit card company that the purchases were not fraudulent. That's fine and expected. The problem was, BOTH times, the orders were put on hold & we weren't able to notify them to go ahead and process the order. We weren't able to reply to their order status email because the address didn't accept emails. There's no phone number to call. We tried updating the payment info on the order page, but the page just sat there spinning its wheels. We even tried cancelling the order and then reordering. For a tech company, their website stinks. Why is it so hard to purchase their product? And why is it so difficult to get ahold of customer support?
