Don't bother ordering from Logitech

Don't bother ordering from Logitech. I ordered the full aurora collection, thinking it was from a big reputable company. The headset sporadically disconnects and makes loud popping noises actually hurting my ears. I've been back and forth with customer service for over a month now will still no replacement or fix. The best solution they can muster would leave me £80 out of pocket to replace the headset from a fault that is their own. The headset is still under warranty but they refuse to replace it which is against the consumer acts rights

I have been writing the same review for…

I have been writing the same review for many years now.. I purchased 6 computers and each had a rebate.. You might think Buying 6 Computers, Printers, etc. etc I might be a valuable Customer.. You would think they would have me in some kind of information Customer Account.. After Speaking so many times with Customer Service over the years and hearing the many different excuses why I haven't received my Rebates, I did want they wanted and gave up.. It is their loss as, I have purchased 6 more Computers since and I make sure Dell has nothing to do with the Building of the Computer.. Any Company that has to stoop so low as to Rip Off their Customers for the Rebates is a DISHONEST COMPANY.. I would NEVER recommend Dell to ANYONE.. They Never followed up, Never sent my Rebate monies and for the Rest of my Life, I will sway People from Purchasing a Dell Computer.. Thieves.....

I thought this notice is visible even to the blind!PLEASE NOTE: Adafruit does not have a retail store, orders cannot be picked up. NO VISITORS ARE PERMITTED. Our factory is not available for visits.You are not dealing with Adafruit . Rather those technical forums some of whom don't give a damn about your problems. Lady Ada and her team are working vigorously for the open source course.Adafruit has written hundreds of very useful code for us. I personally feel forever grateful to this wonderful American company. Yes led by a female.

Total incompetence & useless customer service

Had trouble recharging my prepaid mobile on the Telstra site. The site kept insisting that I had to download the app which I do not want to do and don’t believe they have the right to force me. I chatted with Ivan, who I had to ask FOUR TIMES if that was going to be the way from now on but got no answer. He told me to use the QR code, I don’t have a smartphone which he was told many times. Still with no answer from him, he passed me off to Anto, who suggested I go the shops to buy a recharge. Ok I’ll just wheel down in my wheelchair and go the 4.5kms. Never have I dealt with such incompetent customer service reps and I won’t be dealing with them again after I change providers tomorrow. 1 star rating and would be lower if I could.

I joined Facebook to help my online business, to do so Facebook said to start with a personal account which I did. I loaded up blogs I had written, and joined a lot of veteran groups, as I am a veteran and my business is helping veterans. Out of the blue, Facebook disabled my account, never gave a reason, had me download all my files, nothing there. I have no clue what this is about, the appeals require you to do it on Facebook, but Facebook won't let you in. One star is too generous for their total lack of customer service
