Had trouble recharging my prepaid mobile on the Telstra site. The site kept insisting that I had to download the app which I do not want to do and don’t believe they have the right to force me. I chatted with Ivan, who I had to ask FOUR TIMES if that was going to be the way from now on but got no answer. He told me to use the QR code, I don’t have a smartphone which he was told many times. Still with no answer from him, he passed me off to Anto, who suggested I go the shops to buy a recharge. Ok I’ll just wheel down in my wheelchair and go the 4.5kms. Never have I dealt with such incompetent customer service reps and I won’t be dealing with them again after I change providers tomorrow. 1 star rating and would be lower if I could.
