I'm a retired engineer with disabilities and my wife is a retired M.D. who also has a disability. We stayed here with my wife's two cousins, one a retired M.D. and the other a retired attorney and we're all over 70 years old. My disabilities prevent me from standing, walking or laying down for an extended time without experiencing extreme pain. We came primarily to see the total solar eclipse and didn't know where to go to see it since downtown is full of tall buildings. We finally decided that the hotel's property was ideal so as soon as I checked in on Saturday the 6th I put in a request to borrow a few of the pool chairs. I was told the general manager wasn't in and that she would have to make the decision but the front desk staff didn't foresee any problems with what I asked for. I was told the general manager would be in the next morning, so I came to the front desk in the morning and was told she had already left without leaving an answer but that she would be in all the next day. The next day, the day of the eclipse, I again went to the front desk and was told "Didn't you get the message?" but there was never any message left for me. I asked to speak with her and she came out wearing a scowl on her face and told me I couldn't use them because she "didn't want to take the liability of me sitting in the parking lot" because "it was going to get dark during the eclipse" and she didn't want me to get hurt by "traffic speeding through the parking lot". I told her I would make sure we wouldn't be in the way of any traffic and that I had been through a total ecplise before and it doesn't get anywhere near as dark as night, but she refused to listen to me. She had stubbornly made up her mind. I then informed her about my disabilities and was reporting this to the ADA. She became agitated, aggressive, combative and raised her voice, scolding me very loudly within earshot of the front desk staff and everyone in the lobby that I "should have brought my own chairs" on my flight from South Carolina to Cleveland. I was totally shocked by her demeaning behavior towards me, feeling like she viewed me as a second class citizen due to my disabilities. Because I was reporting this, she immediately claimed I "threatened" her and that she was calling the corporate legal department on me. I asked for her supervisor's contact information but she refused, telling me that "their cell numbers and email addresses were personal". She then abruptly ended the conversation, turned her back on me and returned to her office. I again went outside to the parking lot to find a safe place to be and saw grassy islands on raised concrete curbs where vehicles couldn't travel and these met all her criteria for her so-called concern for my safety. I went back in and asked to speak with her again to promise that I would stay within these completely safe areas but she refused to come back out to reason with me. Instead, a sales manager came out who had a smile and was very pleasant to talk with, but she had no authority to change the strict orders of her general manager. She told me there was a park about a half mile away where people were gathering to watch the eclipse, but when I asked her if there would be chairs available there she couldn't confirm that. We ended up viewing the eclipse laying down on the grassy islands in the hotel's parking lot, but I observed other people in the traffic areas also. While she forbade me to be in the parking lot, she didn't care to enforce her policy on everyone else. After I returned home I searched the internet for a contact number to report this incident to IHG and immediately found it. Why didn't she give me that information when I asked for it? I told the Customer Care person about the awful way I was treated and was informed that I would be contacted on Monday, April 15, but as of May 9 I haven't heard back. A few follow-up calls to the same number resulted in being told that the general manager was informed about this incident and she brushed it off, saying that I "threatened" her. When I asked in what vein she meant that by I was told that she claimed I "threatened her with violence or physical harm", to which I replied, "Don't you think that if she meant it that way she would have called hotel security or the police?", and the Customer Care agent had to agree with me. I asked this to be escalated and was reassured that I would receive a reply. I called again and learned the manager claimed that I "wasn't mistreated". Really? This is totally unnacceptable.

Review of calm
Randomly had to set up an account again even though I had one, right when I needed to actually be calm. Super not okay, lots of annoying demographic questions as well as requests to access my accounts. Will tell my partner to leave this program, I can listen to rain on YouTube without paying and without the crap corporate nonsense - and that's saying a lot

I placed an order on the 4th June for next day delivery, but three days later, it still hasn’t arrived. So I had contacted customer support, and they had asked for 10 days to sort it out. Even after 10 days, they still haven’t sorted it out, so I contacted them again, and they said that they will sort it by the end of the next day. Now it has been three days, and there has been no response/confirmation. Poor customer service and communication.
Review of squareup
I am very disappointed with Square. I have used their services for three years. A client hired me for a service, which I completed. He paid me through Square, but after two months, he filed a dispute. I provided Square with signed contracts, a copy of his ID, conversations, and phone call records as evidence. However, they didn’t fight for me and allowed the client to steal from me. I lost $400—not a huge amount, but as a small business owner, every dollar matters. I expected Square to fight for their customers, but they failed me. I am now in the process of canceling their services and switching to another platform.

For various reasons I've had to use Outllok mail for some things, which without any control comes with a load of other rubbish. The most non-userfriendly mail. Yahoo is bad enough but Outllok is far worse. No one can match the ease & simplicity of Goggle's Gmail.
Review of linktr
I do not recommend using their service. Long story short, I switched my email address and username on my (now deleted) account. Somehow a second account was crested and I was billed for 4 months of service that I never signed up for. Customer service was quick to respond and quick to deny any refund or an explanation on how a second account was created. After numerous correspondences with many different customer service agents, they still took no responsibility for the second account that I never created and refused to explain why or how it happened. I'll never use their service and I highly recommend others seek different options for their linking needs.
Review of yelp
Yelp is quite possibly one of the absolute worst recommendation sites that exist on this planet.I recently had a false review placed against my business and have reached out to them regarding the situation. I was gob smacked to say in the least because as the alleged complaint was from somebody in San Fransisco America. That person (troll) doesn't even live in the same Country!Apart from stonewalling me and placing some nonsensical woke notice how they "act fairly to everyone" I have yet to have the common courtesy of a reply to my numerous emails outlining the situation from anybody connected to Yelp.To say that this company is bad would be the understatement of the year.Yelp is so abysmal that they would make an onion cry !I am so disappointed in their lackadaisical attitude and self-importance.If this company was a race horse, I would name it "Hopeless Joke"!!!To anyone with a business - avoid this mob like the plague.

Review of garmin
I have bought and used Garmin satnavs for many, many years, even preferring these to built-in vehicle ones. So, when I wanted a dashcam, the choice seemed simple - just buy a new Garmin satnav that had a dash cam included.Oh dear, oh dear, did I get it wrong.I just need a satnav that tells me where to go, highlights greed camera locations and has a dash cam that records journeys.I now have one [Driveassist 51d] that just does its own thing continually distracting me with on-screen messages and prompts that are unnecessary and, quite frankly, downright dangerous. This new one that nags and nags and nags, whether it be a bend in the road, change of speed limit or an animal crossing or a hill or some other trivial feature on the route, the yellow warning strip appears on screen with a related message. Another feature is that it tells you which house you are passing e.g. 5 The High Street !! Why?Do you want to know verbal reports of all traffic reports for roads that don't affect you? Who thought that this was a good feature?AND the master, "big brother" stroke was with all voice/sound features [except route guidance] turned off. We were driving in heavy town traffic with the family playing a game in the carc. The device elected to cancel navigation, displaying the prompt plus a list of acceptable "new destination" options - Why? It seemd that the device had been "listening" all along and had picked up something that had cancelled navigation.I have invested many, many hours trying to stop all the useless nagging and nonsenese but it appears that much of it is now built-in. A product line now un-usable and actually unsafe in my book.I have now given up on Garmin. Bought a Motorola DashCam and will now use the vehicle satnavs.

Garbage customer serviceThey rope you into a subscription and no idea i was paying monthly for a service I used once 4 months back. Used it lastnight seeing KFC has a deal whether you have a dash pass or not yet I got ripped off and deducted an extra $9.99 for a membership ontop of my food order.do not use the services. It is a breach of consumers guarantee act misleading and deducting more money than what I agreed to yet no emails showcasing I am under a membership and yet they claim no one can refund and the highest up team member has no authority.

I used to like DM for photos and have never read the actual articles. However it has become impossible to use. The page doesn't load properly. There are ads everywhere and just when you think the photos might appear the whole page reloads again. Its articles spread hate, it is not good journalism and it stands for much of what is wrong with the internet.
