They are took our money the same day I booked accommodation. We got no accommodation and no refund. In the week before our booking I had heard nothing from host. Thought this suspicious. It was a private luxury residence in Bali so I thought we should have got more information on check-in arrangements. Reported this to Vrbo was told to go there anyway!! So we arrived in a taxi to find out it was a scam. House advertised on their web page was never available for short term rental. Had to find accommodation for that night which proved very difficult and stressful for our family. Vrbo said they would look into it and appointed a customer service office. Then no response. The email they gave was subsequently taken offline. The local phone number proved to have been disconnected. Lodged a disputed transaction with my credit card company but Vrbo have proven tardy in response to them as well. Seven weeks after the attempted stay still no refund.

I wonder if anyone else is trying to accept a booking.VRBO now have introduce this ridiculous "puzzle"" this is to make sure we are a human. I spent over an hour trying the damned thing and in the end gave up. I spoke to a member of staff who tried his best to help but to no avail. I am therefore considering taking down my advert(s) with them.

If I could put 0 stars I would.I had a really disappointing experience with Pandora customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for two months now, and it's been a nightmare. The customer service representatives keep giving me conflicting information, and it feels like they don't really care about helping me at all. I originally bought an item online and then tried to return it at the store, but the store manager told me to send it back by mail to get a refund to my credit card. After waiting for two weeks without any updates, I called their customer service multiple times, and each time I was given different information. Finally, after speaking with the fifth representative, I was promised a refund to my original method of payment, only to receive an email about a gift card instead. Whenever I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was never transferred and the issue was never resolved. It's clear that to Pandora, their bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction.

The website was easy to use and the risks of backing a product are well documented. I had seen an article in a Japanese online newspaper regarding a toy but it was only available in Japan. I then came across it on Indiegogo unfortunately it was only available in the USA. It was then made available for delivery to the UK. The toy arrived today just 8 days after I invested in the product all the way from Japan, sent via Japan Post and delivered by Parcelforce even though Indiegogo warned it would not be shipped till their 10 cancelation period had elapsed. I was able to track it at every step of the way.

Absolutely GARBAGE!!!!! Can’t even watch an entire 30 minute television show without it freezing and giving an error code. Stays like that for significant amounts of time! And Hulu wants to up the price per month when it doesn’t even function correctly. Trash app!

Was a comfort to know whoever we hired had been checked out and we could see reviews on their site. We needed someone on short notice, and they gave us many choices. The young lady we hired was great. She came to meet and greet us and our fur babies before the actual sitter date. She left us notes and took pictures while she was her,Only negative was the varied costs. Apparently, each sitter sets their own costs. Some of them seemed like they wanted too much money for the short time we needed them to be here.
