If I could put 0 stars I would.I had a really disappointing experience with Pandora customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for two months now, and it's been a nightmare. The customer service representatives keep giving me conflicting information, and it feels like they don't really care about helping me at all. I originally bought an item online and then tried to return it at the store, but the store manager told me to send it back by mail to get a refund to my credit card. After waiting for two weeks without any updates, I called their customer service multiple times, and each time I was given different information. Finally, after speaking with the fifth representative, I was promised a refund to my original method of payment, only to receive an email about a gift card instead. Whenever I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was never transferred and the issue was never resolved. It's clear that to Pandora, their bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction.
