Terrible experience with the Nokia Care center online. I purchased a Nokia device that I saw on Nokia's official UK website. An hour later, I decided to cancel the order since I thought the device specifications did not meet my needs. I found my way out of the non-working order tracking and online chat line to request the cancellation. They did not know how to cancel the order and they said they created a ticket to the relevant team. The next day, the relevant team said they cannot cancel the order since it already got shipped (which was a lie following the parcel tracking). They advised me to return after I receive the device. After I received the device, I immediately requested the return and they said that they will arrange a pick-up for me. It has been one week and they still didn't manage to confirm a pick-up date.Even if you think the Nokia devices meets your expectations and you would like to purchase them, you should avoid using their official website. Buy it from Amazon, Argos or Curry's instead so that you will have someone to get support from.

Woke up to the same problem everyone else did with $348 charged to my account after a whole year of never using their service. I had no idea the charge was coming, no notice, and of course like everyone else on this thread, NO RESPONSE about a refund. I have zero intention of EVER using them and would have never authorized the charge. Times are so tough right now, $350 is life altering. I immediately deleted my account and I can't get a hold of anybody. I am trying twitter and hoping I get some sort of response there.

Made a booking for a hotel two weeks ago, realised one guest name was missing, hence asked the Customer service Mukul to add it on. He seemed understand at the time, actually, he changed Lead gust name to second guest name instead. Then spoke to another moment of staff, who cancelled my booking without giving me information of raised price for rebooking. How disappointing! Most of Agoda staff hired are incompetent. So satay away if you don't want to get stressed.

Don't even think about joining this group if you're a Trump supporter. Biased you say? Absolutely! Negative toward fellow knitters? For Sure! Welcoming? Definitely Not! So, if you are against individuals because they support the President, then this is the group for you! Yipee.

We booked 2 tickets on Sunday 12th November to Stourhead Father Christmas experience having checked our eldest Grandson had finished school. The school is an accacadamy and had changed the dates and so he doesn't break up until 20th. My husband spoke to a very rude unhelpful lady at Stourhead who said we had ticked the terms and condition box and therefore they could not change the date as it was NT policy but couldn't give a reason why the policy was in place. We were not looking for a refund just to change to 22nd Dec where there are still 70 spaces available and 5.5 weeks ahead. We both then rang complaints where they too said they could not change the date even though it would be easier for them as it was NT policy. Why put a policy in place with no reason behind it. When I asked to speak to a manger I was told noone was available. When asked to be put through to the resolutions dept I was told they were working from home and would take up to 5 days to return the call. Is this because they are sat there doing nothing or you have so many complaints. I still find the NT a middle class beauracratic woke organisation who don't welcome the majority of their members especially if you have a dog or children. We all make mistakes and hope someone will help us. My biggest mistake was re joing the NT. This certainly will be the last time.

my positive reviews of Amazon series was kept, my negative reviews of amazon? 100% got deleted. Cant say I am surprised as IMDb is owned by Amazon. I no longer will use the website. Zero trust that the ratings are real, and not made up to boost Amazon profit.

Don’t even bother with Dropbox. They’re such a piece of crap. While their employees are treated very well and have plenty of benefits working there, it seems that it’s at the cost of customer service and overall service.I’ve used Dropbox when it first came out and used the student referrals (or whatever) to max out my space. I have 22GB of space for free which I appreciate a lot but the platform is just so bad, I feel like I can’t get anything done. The desktop app looks super outdated and doesn’t sync properly. I have 2 other cloud services from other companies and neither of them ever had problems. The iPhone app is essentially useless because when you try to upload photos, the library they open up is complicated, sorted in groups by date which makes it impossible for me to find the few images I want to upload from different days.In addition, their tiers of paid storage aren’t competitive. The cheapest is $9.99 for 2TB. First of all, how often does an average person have 2TB of space? Secondly, the price isn’t bad for the space you get but maybe not every customer needs this much. Other places offer 15GB free, 100GB paid for $1.99 a month for the non-power users. Now I’m hearing that they delete accounts for no reason left and right. I don’t recommend them overall. Not once have I ever thought “I should buy Dropbox Premium”.
